Biography
Also known as Lhakpanas Lheina Giel-Berusa-Eqar-Stenlanien (Family Name) and Lal (Nickname)
Youngest child of Lhakpa Gyaltsen, Lal was just an infant when her family escaped the H'Zeel conquest of their home planet of Sha-Prylen. The Prylenish are a species of sentient plants who possess empathy with other forms of plant life and the ability to "grow" into myriad shapes and sizes - including a humanoid shape.
Her father Lhakpa is a prince of the royal family, fourth in line to the throne. In gratitude to the staff and students of Ravenswood who assisted them in driving off H'Zeel who had followed them to Earth, he now acts as Head Gardener on the school campus as well as giving lectures on Prylenish culture. Lal's elder brother Lhakpa Junior preceded her in enrolling in the school and Homeroom Delta, taking the code name Root.
When her parent's felt she was old enough Lal also enrolled, taking the code name Wurzel. Lal usually resides with the rest of the Prylenish refugees the main Ravenswood campus in Orchardsville, however she often stays with her brother in his new home in Millennium City.
