Beanrua Leac-an-teintein was frozen during a freak ice storm. Centuries later her body was recovered from it's state of suspended animation by UNTIL scientists, who jokingly named her A.L.B.A - Ancient Living Biological Anomaly.

UNTIL Scientists discover the subject they christen A.L.B.A

Beanrua Leac-an-teintein (Common Tongue: Redheaded Woman of Hearthstone) is an ancient highland warrior woman. Frozen during a freak ice storm while trading in the far north, she was recovered from a cave within a glacier and accidently revived by UNTIL scientists, who jokingly named her A.L.B.A - Ancient Living Biological Anomaly (ALBA also being gaelic for Highlands). None of the scientists on the expedition were experts in cryogenics, and this discovery was somewhat of a breakthrough - an apparently unharmed living specimen who survived the freezing and thawing process - would no doubt give those experts much to work with.

Understanding that so much time had passed that none of her family yet lived, ALBA agreed to accompany the UNTIL team, relocating with the scientists when they returned to Millennium City. After allowing the cryogenics team to prod and poke her for a short time, ALBA demanded to be allowed time to leave the base and explore her new world. And so with an UNTIL "escort" in tow, ALBA left the UNTIL base in downtown Millennium City and stepped out into the sunshine.

ALBA splits her time between recovering the history of the world she has lost, and fighting the villanous ne'erdowells of MC.

Alba also is a member of a UN Special Forces team, following a successful co-venture after which she was recruited.

Alba is the cousin of Liath Leac-An-Teintein, the grey skinned earth master.
