An accidental exile from an alternate Earth where it was the feline order which raised itself to the dominant place rather than primates, Magnus was a mutant adventurer in his own reality. Stranded in this Millennium City by Kitty Kaboom while she was working on a prototype for her Reality Transponder, Magnus decided to use his abilities to aid the overrun MCPD and the forces of good on this Earth.

Dimension Basic Information:
From what I have been able to gather from observation during visits together with anecdotal evidence from Magnus Lionheart, the history of E⁰⁰⁰⁷ has a startling similarity to our own; with one major and obvious exception. On E⁰⁰⁰⁷ it was members of the Felidae family of the sub order Feliformia which became the dominant sapient life forms. While there has been some degree of interspecies dilution over time, the primary characteristics of each of the original species have remained more or less distinct. The people of E⁰⁰⁰⁷ have varying levels of feline traits. The traits seem to be racial divisions amongst them, as different groups have different dominating traits.

I have observed the following major categorisations (although I have been told there are other less populous "clans" as they are called locally):

Lion: Lions generally have remarkable resiliance, enough to withstand the most extreme of environments and exhaustion.
Panther: Panthers are noted for their incredible physical strength and agility.
Tiger: Tigers are considered to be the most intellectual and resourceful of all the sub species.
Cheetah: Cheetahs are remarkably fast, able to outrun most of the other sub species on foot.
Lynx: Lynx have very keen senses, particularly sight and hearing.

Size Comparison of Major E⁰⁰⁰⁷ Species Vs Human

All of the feline inhabitants of E⁰⁰⁰⁷ are bipedal, with height comparable to Humans and taller, have large primary colored eyes, fine patterned fur and usually retain their tail. Their fur ranges in color and pattern between species. They also had excellent hearing with a frequency range beyond that of most humans. E⁰⁰⁰⁷'s primary language is close enough to English to be almost indistinguishable, however their voices have a distinct feline harmonic and resemble the vocalisations (meowling/purring etc) of our cat species.

They appear to have come through their own versions of the Dark Ages and industrial eras and have a technology level slightly in advance of our own in certain areas - namely in weapons and mechanization. The are somewhat behind us in terms of Medical technology but are catching up quickly since their last great interspecies war ended almost a century ago.

The planet itself has much the same structure as our Earth, however there is significantly more landmass in comparison to ocean. This results in E⁰⁰⁰⁷ being substantially warmer than this Earth, which in itself may account for the different evolutionary path taken on this world.

Additional Notes:
First encountered an inhabitant of this dimension inadvertently during testing of my Reality Transponder prototype. A surge in the subatomic inverter matrix caused Magnus Lionheart to be pulled from his own world to ours with no reciprocal relocation - no alternate of Magnus existed in our reality to completely facilitate the swap, meaning that there is no-one now on the other end for the equipment to lock onto and reverse the transfer. I note from log files of the Reality Transponder the surge has occured by itself on several other occasions, however I have as yet been unable to replicate the surge deliberately in order to return Magnus to his home. With the help of my own Alternate from E⁰⁰⁰⁷, I have been able to provide Magnus with a means of transferring messages home and at least he is able to spend time with Catya (Pantherclaw) on the occasions we swap places which brings some measure of home to him.

Although currently a member of SODLAG, Magnus still calls S.H.A.F.T his family thanks to the help of Professor Zack Zapperoni and Kitty Kaboom in making him feel settled in this reality. While Kitty hasn't been able to return Magnus home, she has on several occasions been able to swap with her alternate in his dimension. This has at least allowed Magnus to relay messages to his family.

Ice Shard: Recovered by UNTIL

Cryokinesis
Magnus has the mutant ability to decrease the temperature of ambient water vapor in his immediate environment to below zero degrees celsius causing it to freeze. He is able to mold this ice psionically into various dense shapes by altering the crystalline matrix of the ice and in this manner he is able to quickly form a great variety of ice structures, including projectiles and shields.

He does not have to hold the ice physically with his hands in order to shape it, his mental ability to control the formation of the ice appears to extend a considerable distance from his body, however he must have a line of sight to his target. The intricacy of his ice constructs decreases with distance; he is able to form precisely shaped ice blades at his fingertips which he can throw with great speed and accuracy; however at a distance his creations can only be described as chunks of ice which rain down around his target somewhat haphazardly, but do cause greater damage.

Using his ability to chill the air around him, Magnus can create a swirling vortex of iced wind around his body which can disorient attackers as well ans buffeting them around. Magnus can also use his power for other defensive purposes; for example by creating barriers formed of ice columns between himself and any attackers. He has also recently been able to fashion a fairly intricate shield to provide a more focused defense against direct attacks. This shield is formed by creating interlocking hexagonal plates of ice over his forearm. By constantly replenishing the frozen plates, a resilient and flexible shield can be maintained.

Magnus has found this method of protection resists damage and melting far longer than the larger ice barrier.

While it has been conjectured that he should be able to cover his entire body with these ice plates to form a semi rigid armor, Magnus has as yet been unsuccessful in creating more than a dozen or so plates at a time.

By rapidly chilling the air surrounding his body, Magnus has also discovered that he can create massive temperature gradients. These gradients generate sufficient air currents when coupled with the low pressure area created around him by the chilled air give him greatly increased movement speed on the ground. With sufficient effort Magnus has also demonstrated the ability to fly using the same method. While in flight the temperature gradient actually becomes visible as the air around him takes on properties similar to plasma; creating a blue flame-like glow around him.

Marksmanship
Magnus is an above average marksman having been trained in the use of small arms extensively by the Millennial Pride Police Department on his homeworld prior to his mutation manifesting.

Magnus also is willing to use whatever technology he comes across to aid his battle against evil, including swords or even hammers
