Terry Boom was just just trying to make his way in a duck eat duck world, making a living as an attorney for down on their luck anatidae. After his Security Guard father was murdered while trying to prevent the theft of a truck load of plum sauce, Terry could no longer reconcile the futility of his day job with the real issues and crime tormenting Mallard City.<br><br>Subjecting himself to a rigourous training regime, Terry fashioned himself into a duck avenger of the night - bringing terror to criminals and laying down his own bill of rights.<br><br>One night while tailing a suspect, Terry was enveloped by a strange energy field and found himself on a strange world surrounded by what looked like hairless monkeys in an oddly familiar city now named Millenium City.
