|biography = A young Esagite who left home to persue her dream of exploring the stars and meeting new races. In her travels she happened upon a small blue planet in the Sol system that her ship registered as "Sol 3". Detecting signs of life she proceeded to land on the planet to investigate. Seeing several large space crafts on the ground around a large city she naturally assumed this world must be a trade world for other space faring races and so she landed her ship too and set forth to meet the locals. Of course she didn't know their language... After many hours of being completly incapable of communication with the "strange tailless pink creatures" that inhabit the planet she returned to her ship only to find it missing. She now wonders the streets of Millinium City seeking to recover her stolen ship and coincidentally helping to rid the streets of criminals.

|biography = Aoi and her twin sister Momoiro came to Millinium City on vacation from Japan. Aoi's always been enthralled by superheroes. Infact she at one point idolized Defender. Durring their stay she happened upon some abandoned and disfunctional power armor equipment in a back ally. She took it and fixed it up. She was absoultely thrilled about it and wanted to show off her handywork to her idol. Only things didn't quite go as she expected... Defender chastised her, told her what she had done was wreckless, and denied her an autograph... Though Defender is nolonger her idol, she is still entralled by superheroes and now has the means to be one herself...

|biography = Of all the species in the cosmos, the Nebuloids are among the most unusual. A race of sentient star dust born in the void. Despite their apperance they are a highly advanced and highly intelligent race. Utilizing starmetal constructs that mimic the form of the dominant lifeforms of nearby planets, the nebuloids act as cosmic diplomats to other races. Nebuloids are capable of creating small stars out of nothing, and can even manipulate cosmic energies to collapse entire stars. However it would take the efforts of millions to collapse a star the size of our sun. ProtoNova is a young member of this race and one such diplomat who is currently located on Earth offering her aid in the form of heroics.  

|biography = A young blind girl born with an extraordinary gift, the power to control the weather. Ever since she was little she's been able to see the world around her through subtle vibrations in the air and electrical currents. However, it wasn't until later in her life that she discovered the existance of her power. When cornered in an allyway and attacked by a group of thugs, the winds around her reacted to her fear taking out her attackers with hurricane force winds.<br>

After discovering her power she learned she could control more than just winds, she could manipulate the weather iself. Everything from controling the winds and calling down lightning all the way to creating full force storms of any kind. This power comes at a cost though, while she's maintaining a storm she is completely blind, no longer capable of sensing her surroundings due to the storm. As such she tends to keep her storms on a small scale so that she can still read her surroundings.

|biography = The daughter of the retired superhero couple of Titanous and Mini-Mel. She enherited both her fathers ability to enlarge and her mothers power to shrink, the combination of which resulted in her ability to stretch any part of her body as if she were made of rubber.

|biography = A once ordinary lizard that was the subject of one of Telieos's twisted experiments. The goal of the experiment was to create a creature whos genetic composition could addapt to any environment or need and possessed a heightened intelegence. While the first part of the experiment was successful her mental functionality never progressed past that of a small child. Deemed a failure she was to be destroyed, but as luck would have it she managed to escape from Telieos and eventually found herself in Millinium City. Of course being an oversized mutated lizard didn't make life easy for her. When she first arrived she was persued by numerous branches of law enforcment and military as a possible threat. A bit of a harsh reaction, granted she was hiding out in the cities sewer systems and she was previously recorded in a UNITY report from Project Frankinstein as a creation of Telieos.

|biography = Nothing is known about this enigmatic hero. Even her existance is questionable at best. All attempts to record or photograph her have resulted in a blurry out of focus image. Eye witness reports of her describe her to be fading in and out of existance and sometimes she appears to be in multiple places at once. It is believed that she may inhabit multiple dimensions simultaniously, as the known extradimensional hero, Pulse, has reported having seen her in her own dimension.

|biography = Mysty Styx is a gifted young sorceress who specializes in the use of sigil based magic. This diminuitive sorceress is a bit of an oddity as well, she insists that she's the daughter of Hades.

|biography = Sonya Keys is a superpowered musician gifted with the power to control sound waves. A power she shamelessly uses in her singing career. When she discovered her powers she had no plans to become a superhero, she only wanted to make music. However, assailants abducted her and a fan after a concert she was forced to expose her superpower to save them both. Ever since she's been more open about her powers, even using them more openly in her concerts. Even donning the moniker Sonata to help those in need.

|biography = Timid young Kanna has always been obsessed with magial girls. One day while playing her favorite magical girl game on handheld, her handheld was hit by a stray magical bolt from a battle between a real life magical superhero and supervillain. From that day onward's her handheld has had the power to transform her into the magical girl known as Digital Heart.

|alterego = Aliptha Liadan

|biography = The Grey have always expressed a standpoint of neutrality on the affairs of other races. However, Aliptha Liadan has taken up an unusual interpretation of neutrality. She doesn't believe controlling the minds of others to compromise her neutrality. While her people may practice neutrality when it comes to the affairs of other races, they don't express neutrality in their view of the actions of those races. Using her telepathic abilities and adopting the name Achroma, she's begun manipulating the minds of the villains and criminals of Earth in an attempt to make the little blue planet a better place. Of course mind control only lasts as long as she can maintain a telepathic bond, so she's been unable to do much more than cause petty criminals to turn themselves in and cause criminal orginizations to fight amongst themselves.

|biography = A former Psi agent, Arcana left Psi after being experimented on. Her reason for joining Psi was to study human psionics up close. Disguised as a human, she joined up with Psi and quickly became a prominant agent in the organization. However, when her identity and intention was discovered she was apprehended and experimented on. The experiments pushed her telepathic abilities to the limit, resulting in the loss of her right eye. However, she now has the ability to litterly see into the minds of others and can actually see the actions they intend to perform consiously or subconsiously. Having escaped from Psi, she now fights to end the very organization she was once a part of.

|biography = After her wife, Gamma, dissapeared during the first Iridii space mission, Mere insisted that she be sent up to find out what happened. Just like with Gamma, an anomaly pulled her shuttle across the galaxy and ejected her into the Sol system in orbit around Earth where she was reunited with Gamma. However, 2 years had passed on Earth while only a few moments had passed for Mere within the wormhole.

|biography = Jamie Deaux was born with the powerr of Telekinesis. Growing up her parents encouraged her to use and improve her power. However, everthing changed for her one day. When she was only 12 years old, she came howm from school to find both of her parents had been murdered. Taking matters into her own hands she attacked several of the local gangs seeking to find any sort of clues to the murder of her parents. To this day her parents murder remains unsolved. Having spent the last 4 years on the streets and not hearing her name from anyone she actually forgot her own name, though public records show her to match the description of Jamie Deaux a young girl reported missing from Westside Orphanage.

|biography = Constance Quinn, better known as Chrona, is a superheroine who has managed to convince herself and her fans that she possesses the power to control time itself. Despite being told otherwise and shown proof that she has no actual control over the flow of time she remains convinced that she can and does control time. Her true power is a highly developed psionic power. She is capable of accelerating her mind and body to the point that everything else appears to her to be frozen in time. In actuality her perception of events is slowed down to the point that 1 second in reality can last as long as 3 hours to her. She also possesses a heightened regerative ability that is furthar accelerated by her psionic ability. Additionally she is capable of producing a blade and shield of thought. Due to her delusion of time control her blade and shield take the form of clocks.

|biography = Young Pandora Elpis was born with a rare and powerful psionic talent. This little girl is capable of bringing her imagination into reality. Litterally anything she can imagine can happen. Luckily for many she has grown up watching and admiring them. One day she told her parents that she too wants to be a superhero. Of course they tried to tell her it's too dangerous and that when she's older she can be one, but how do you tell a girl with her power no?<br>

Due to her young age her power is not yet fully developed and it's effects are limited in power, range, and duration. Currently she manifests her power in the form of finger pistols. Either due to her underdeveloped power, child-like imagination, or simply her good nature her power is entirely non-lethal at this time.

|biography = Kayla Belle is an ordinary teenage girl, she works a part time job and attends classes just like any other teenager her age. Her passion for superheroes lead her to pick up martial arts "for self-defense" and save up money from her part time job to buy a specially tailored nanoweave suit. Trained in multiple forms of Martial Arts and Gymnastics and outfitted in an armored nanoweave suit, Kayla secretly patrols the streets as the heroine Freedom Girl. When asked how she feels being one of the youngest heroes with no superpowers she proudly responded "I'll have my own superpowers one day."

|biography = A young talented Super Genius with an obsession with SciFi films. This young girl from Ireland built her very own laser sword after being inspired by a popular movie series. Not content with just a laser sword she went on to build a pair of Rocket Boots as well. Of course she has a crippling fear of heights so she's been unable to use her rocket boots for flight. Oddly enough even after making her rocket boots she went on to build a jetpack with retractable glider wings. Her reasoning being "for flight stability" though in actuality, this jetpack has been used for little more than safe landings and a jump-jet similar to her boots. She's also equipped with a force field generator of her own design built initially to protect herself from her own weapon, she has sense addapted it for more multipurpose functionality, including an inertial dampener to insure safe landings and protect from physical forces as well as a partical matrix shield generator on her left arm.<br>

Equiped with futuristic technology of her own design she's set out on a mission to "Save the world" as the superhero Valiant. All Primus records pertaining to her true identity were lost in a recent system hack and replaced with a single message, "Stop spying on me!" Given that nothing else was stolen or changed, it is safe to assume that Valiant was behind the hack.
