Due to past trauma, Wrack's psionic powers can only manifest while she's in pain. After defeating Dr. Madman and one of his schemes, she convinced him to build the Burnsuit, a suit of body armor which secretes chemicals onto the surface of her skin, simultaneously harming and healing her at all times, allowing her powers to work without actually injuring her. She is a humanitarian who uses her powers to combat socioeconomic crises, governmental corruption, and weather damage just as often as supervillains.

Wrack is a very strong psion when her powers are active. She can create constructs and manipulate her environment as well as penetrate her opponents' minds.
