Regan, nicknamed Bambi by her squadmates, is a retired U.S. Marine who's become a mercenary. Born in the Silverglade within the Lost Forest deep in the arcane mists of Ireland, her southern American accent, beefiness, and crass attitude do not suit a magical forest creature such as herself.

History
Regan's mystical origins have very little to do with most of her life.
Early Life
Regan's parents brought her to America when she was still a calf, where they settled in North Carolina. Though they were interesting, what with their fancy accents and magic powers, their status as fascinating and wondrous eventually settled into a mere oddity on the outskirts of their small town.
Regan grew up with the other kids in her small little schools and though she was called names, Antler-Head, Hairy Legs, etc, she learned to just beat people up to get them to stop talking. She befriended the other metahumans in her neighborhood, an antisocial pyromancer, a skater boy who could teleport, and a goth who could commune with ghosts. They weren't great kids. But Regan wasn't top of her class either.
She wouldn't have graduated high school at all, but she'd learned that when she played music she could influence the listeners. She began humming a little tune whenever she passed her homeroom teacher in the halls or when she sat in the front of the class, and strangely, the strictest homeroom teacher in school started being a bit lenient with Regan, to the frustration of her peers.
Military Career
Regan hadn't found a career path that interested her by the time she graduated high school, so she signed up with the local military recruiter, not with a handshake, but with a shrug.
In basic training she excelled in the physical courses but didn't do great in anything else. In the end, she cheated to graduate--humming whenever the sergeant passed by.
The rough and rugged lifestyle of an active marine suited Regan. She couldn't just hum to every officer she saw and hope to get anywhere, so actually putting effort in was finally her only choice. And so she finally blossomed, and her scrappiness matured into the disciplined demeanor of a true fighter.
Personality
Regan is known for her bluntness and impatience. If there's work to be done she never stands around talking about it first. Carrying around an arsenal like she does gives her unrealistic confidence, and she often rushes headlong into battle, guns blazing, literally.

A xenophobic faun who believes in the superiority of fae over humans, Arthfael utilizes all kinds of black and white magics to hunt down fae "betrayers," those he sees as having abandoned the traditions of magic and forest communion. Bambi and her parents have all crossed horns with Arthfael in the past, as he's keen on wiping the Saberleaf line from history.

A pixie born of mischief and cruelty, Eolande is the manifestation of a dark ritual conducted centuries ago by pagan ritualists looking to create a power that could destroy their enemies from within. Eolande is a liar and has only sadistic intentions for anyone she interacts with.
