History
Early Years
Livina Uaisbro was born on June 1st, 1990 to a loving Spellscale mother and father (names temporarily withheld) in the town of Aberdeen. Her life was fairly uneventful growing up, aside from being one of the few in her family to be in possession of a tail, which when growing up in a household not used to having a fellow Spellscale of having such caused no end of headaches until she and everyone found their way around her extra appendage. She had few friends, but mostly of those of other Spellscales who lived nearby. Livina also had a few human friends as well, but was restricted to limited contact due to the glamour spells used on her that had a limited duration.
When around the age of five, her Grandmother, a highly esteemed mage in her own right, used a scanning spell on her granddaughter. Seeing the potential Livina had within her blood and discussing the matter with her parents, the child's training in the arts of the arcane were to start right away.
Magical Education
The young Spellscale learns fast, just like others of her low-profile race. Many members of her family take part in giving Livina a good home-schooled education, in both the mundane and in the arcane arts. Her grandfather in particular figured out that she had a particular affinity for arcane temperature control, to which she could use with great affect (so long as she had practice and the mana reserves to pull off such feats). By age six, she was creating miniature arcane constructs as well as doing high school freshman-grade algebra problems. By ten, her father thought the time was correct to teach her some of the more combat-capable spells and feats.
It didn't take long for the Spellscale to eventually become an Adept mage, though for someone of her species, that's relatively normal.
Call to Heroism...somewhat
By eighteen years of age, Livina Uaisbro was growing bored of the day-to-day activities she was stuck with, helping run an antiquities shop with her family. Using a glamour spell, she was able to attend the local college, where she was exposed to more of the going-ons of the outside world, particular of others with super powers doing what they can to make the world a better place.
Hastily changing her plans and wishing to do more on the outside, she started to make plans and preparations to travel the world... or at least, the United States.   In late 2017, plagued by lawsuit troubles, the Coalition dissolved. A deal was made for PRIMUS to take the heat and clear members of civil suits so that individuals would not be affected... but the price was that the organization was to disband. The Coalition was dissolved, the facilities shut down, and the organization became defunct. The Orb of Eternity was disposed of, and the Citadel was destroyed in a controlled demolition. The Phoenix Complex itself was also similarly decommissioned and rebuilt into a new headquarters for Vlocke Aerospace Industries and Frost Futuretech. The Liberators parted ways, but remaining friends and wishing each other luck in their future endeavors. The Phoenix went up in ash... though because PRIMUS only ordered the current members to dissolve and never reform, and not outsider non-members, the Phoenix may one day rise again from the ashes when the ban on the team name "Liberators' expires in ten years.
