Overview

Brian Thomas is a Silver Avenger of the Paranormal Research and Investigation Mission of the United States and a former administrator of the United Liberators Coalition, and was an ally of the Liberators. In 2015, Thomas was one of the first PRIMUS responders to a crisis in Montana, where a hidden facility belonging to a secret villainous organization called the Bleeding Fist was unearthed and subsequently destroyed by the Liberators. Thomas led his men to secure the area and brought in PRIMUS forces to arrest the Fist organization's members, and started to work with Liberators leader Tony Griffins closely during the Bleeding Fist Crisis, all the way until its resolution when the Bleeding Fist's headquarters was destroyed. He became a close associate of the Liberators, and represented their connection to the United States government. With Griffins being a Silver Avenger as well, Thomas found that he had a lot in common with him, and soon became fast friends.

He later participated in the war against the Serpent Institute, and assisted Griffins in attacking the Institute's base of operations, the Vault, before being severely injured and hospitalized. By February 2016, he had recovered, and agreed to serve on the administrative board of the newly formed United Liberators Coalition, acting as a PRIMUS liaison and providing a government stake in the operations of this new metahuman response agency in order to maintain PRIMUS oversight and hold the Liberators accountable to federal laws and regulations.

When the ULC collapsed in 2017, he resumed his work in PRIMUS.
