History

Commander US (also known as Captain USor Daniel Waltz) was a superhuman who got his abilities via genetic mutation he had since he was born. Known to be a very popular and public figure, Commander US was just recently killed in action by the villain Doctor Chaos.

Even now, the feud between him and the foundation goes on. Disliking every motive they have, Captain is still dedicated to bring them down one day.

Future Threat: The Leaders

After weeks of Black Sparrow's disappearance, an anonymous call from Washington D.C. was made to reach the Captain. Saying that the situation is dire and his presence was needed, Captain has agreed to leave to D.C. to meet the individuals in person. Meanwhile, the reports of another Captain US started to roam around. Anxious to know what is this about, The Initiative started to investigate and uncovered the truth, which was that the other Captain was actually coming from a very distant future.

With his different attitude "Future Cap" immediately raised suspicion. Seeking his past counterpart and putting an end to his own life. From his mouths, the actions he would take if he leaves to Washington that week would cause the destruction of many heroes on this world. Having been almost killed by Jay, one of the agents of the initiative, Future Cap warned him of what would happen if he did not prevent Captain from going back to D.C. By changing the future as he warns Jay, the injured man disappeared into the thin air.

After the disappearance of the body, Captain decided to use a new method from now on. With a few contacts in UNITY and Jay's progress, Captain US was legally declared dead by the official bodies. Going underground as the new hero "Red Patriot", Waltz went under disguise for some time being. With the Initiative growing bigger, new problems along with solutions were added into the equation.

As Captain decided to not to go to Washington, a man named John Rellik was sent to look up at the death record of Waltz and other things. Being Billy Rizer's mentor Rellik tried to recruit heroes and villains for his cause. With very little back up, trying to recruit Blue Bruiser and Thundrax to his cause, Rellik failed and was killed by Rizer in the end, finishing his part in this world with the sly grin on his face.

Commander US and The Creator

Unlike many other Titles, the rank that was given to Daniel Waltz, Captain US was to be promotable by any enforcement agency he worked with. Working with UNITY and having a history with UNTIL and the government, Captain US was promoted to the rank of Commander of Special Forces by UNITY. With the new rank of Commander US, he now has a team of skilled agents under his hands at UNITY other then his own White Star Avengers.

Having been warned by the vision of Alestria, Commander started to prepare himself for a possible destruction. With one of the unseen events of Caelite in his past, a dark entity would appear and control Agents Caelite and Jimbo Longjockings. With it being a common feature in both of the heroes' histories, The Creator was taken down by The Initiative team.

Red Harlet, Doctor Chaos and the Downfall

Shortly after getting rid of The Creator, Commander US was sent on a mission with somebody anonymous. Without knowing who he/she was, he agreed on it. After meeting up with her in Canada, Commander recognized her immediately. It was the old Black Sparrow, who was now known with the codename of Red Harlet. Hearing that she had miscarriage, Commander blamed himself for it, yet was happy with Harlet being around. Finally wanting to settle down and leave it all behind with a family, Commander was preparing himself mentally for a proposition. Although in the meantime, there was a new threat emerging in the Millennium City, by the name of Doctor Chaos, who had disliked every hero in the community.

Shortly before his proposition, while he was on a mission to Africa, Doctor Chaos took the opportunity and posed as the Commander himself. Being a perfect doppleganger, Doctor Chaos killed Red Harlet, Daniel Waltz's only true love in a heartbeat. This event shook Waltz deeply, as he started lose believe in himself and his aims, therefore causing a major downfall in the team.

Project Gemini and The Chaos League

Not long after the previous events, Waltz was subject to various assassination attempts, made by Tyrant, Salvarno and Doctor Chaos himself. Although surviving all of them, he got paranoid over time. Ordering the science team of The initiative, they started working on a very difficult to make, perfected serum which would heal almost any injury in a matter of seconds. The serum was the beginning phase to a 'perfect' Commander US clone so to speak. Following these events, the news starting coming in from the sources, stating that Chaos was gathering an army of villains, to finally take the fight to the heroes.

A redeemed Aevul, was broken out of Stronghold by Chaos and Salvarno. Shortly after coming back to the real world, Aevul finally found peace in Seth's Black Sun Rising. Following his interrogation, Commander learned more about Chaos then he could imagine: He was a madman and a genius perhaps, but he needed to be stopped.

The Final Confrontation

In the following months, Commander decided to get into the Stronghold prison in his "Red Patriot" persona to get more information related to Chaos. Having been convicted for almost 8 weeks, he finally encountered Doctor Chaos in the front yard of the prison as the riot went on. Smashing most the premises into dust, after a long fight, Doctor Chaos fled the area with no recruits.

Coming back into the city, he was ultimately informed by one of his agents, Zeraysawho gave him the intelligence of his life. According to the report, Doctor Chaos was in the city to look for one of the runes that split his power into 7 different pieces, and one of them was in Millennium City. Along with the true identity of Chaos, Commander now believed that he had the upper hand, although he still wouldn't be able to do it by himself. Looking for one of the related people to Chaos, he started seeking Ashlynn out, a hero who was being controlled and played with by Doctor Chaos. Together, they found the power rune in a secret room of the Powerhouse, which was guarded by a few PH Trainers. Taking them down "quietly", Commander and Ashlynn finally got the rune as Ashlynn became much stronger than she could imagine.

Shortly afterwards the incident, the 2 finally took the fight to Doctor Chaos' lair, which seemed deserted by the members of the league. After they dealt with the ambush by mysterious figures in Chaos' chambers, Doctor finally revealed himself. After telling the 2 the secret about the lair, which was the fact that his lair, was actually a part of him, there was a great choice to be made. Doctor offered Ashlynn to stay by his side as he lets go Commander or all of them would die. As tempting as that sounded, Commander felt the utmost courage as he lunged towards the villain. He was finally getting the revenge of his lover's death with the impact of each punch on the solidated dark figure. After ordering Ashlynn to destroy the whole Lair using her new powers, Commander was finally in peace as he sat in that room while everything was getting sucked into nothingness along with himself and Doctor Chaos.

Master Tactician: Captain US has had regular training in the army for almost a century. Having been worked alongside many commanders, Captain learned the way of defence and offense

Master Martial Artist: He was very skilled at Boxing, Kickboxing, Judo, Tai-Chi, Wing Chun, Karate and Kung-Fu.

Espionage Expert: Has spent many years under disguise and trained for CQC.

Munitions Expert: Through the wars, Captain had used many weapons and vehicles, but was never keen on using them.

Master Acrobat: He was faster and more agile than an olympic athlete, on the top of his condition.

Super-Strength: As an effect of his mutation, Captain was SUPER strong, been seen doing Arm Curls with VIPER Anaconda tanks.

Healing Factor and High Longevity: His healing factor made him able to live way longer compared to many other beings, along with curing any injury or damage in mere seconds.

WSAI CUSIV Armor: Designed by Dynamic Technologies Research Group, CUSIV Body Armor provides Captain with supplies. Able to absorb huge amounts of damage, the armor was made out of Questionite.

WSAI CUSV Armor: Designed by Anade and Professor Heismeir on the previous blueprints, this new Body Armor provides Captain with even more efficient technology. Looks bigger and is actually lighter. Able to absorb huge amounts of damage, this armor is made out of Questionite as well.

Utility Belt: Mostly carrying mission related equipment within his pockets, Captain is mostly seen wearing this belt.

C.U.D.D.: Covert Undercover Disguise Device. It was mostly attached to Captain's belt, helped him disguise himself in a different form. Also, made him able to change into his clothes much faster with the click of a button.

Appearance

Waltz was about 6'7" tall and weighed 343lbs. His hair color was darkbrown and was mostly seen with a 5'o clock shadow on his face. His mutation caused him to have a ripped, built body. Therefore he looked at least as big as a Mr. Olympia champion.

Commander US had 3 battle outfits. In the city however he mostly wore civil clothes. His newly found belt turned into a body armor which bears the colors of White Star Avengers Initiative. An espionage, dark uniform and a dark blue, tactical ops uniform is what Commander US wore mostly. All of the outfits had an armor padding under them as a protective layer.

He was mostly seen with his nano=enhanced "Commander US" tights designed specifically for him by Professor Heismeir.

Mr. Fabulous: As an ally of Captain US, Mr. Fabulous has been a formidable one, considering his way of fashion.

Blade: One of his first allies after he met in the Burning Sands, Blade is an expert at munitions and the art of blades as a horseman.

Paladin (Chris Jameson): Met in Club Caprice, Captain is impressed by Chris by his skills.

Texas Two-Step: Another friend he made in Millennium City.

Black Furr/Kahl: An ex-agent of the Initiative.

Aggron: A shapeshifting alien.

Godhand: Commander's close ally.

Megavolt: Robotic Avenger, intrigued Captain by his skills at manipulating and generating lighting.

• The first uniform he wore as Captain US was almost identical to what Steve Rogers wore in the comic books. It was believed that, there was a Captain America wannabe who was saving the citizens during the Qularr invasion and it was no one else other then Daniel Waltz himself.

• He was a big fan of Captain America comics.

• He disliked demons, but not all of them, you just had to get under his skin.
