Bio
Patrick comes a country in west Africa that is mostly know for its food oils. He worked in one of the factories where it's produced. One day on April 1st there was a death, Patrick didn't know who died but his mother told him it was his grandfather *crying*. Apparently he was killed by some man of Great Speeds and Winds. He left a note saying "All those of this family will be murdered." He wanted revenge on the Family for casting them out into the Winds of Death chamber for 12 years before Patrick was born. This granted him his powers of weather such as Ice, Water, Electricity and Wind. A few days later the villagers collected money an gave it to the family so they could move and be safe They had taken the to Millennium City. He did have plans for College and getting married. When they moved to The City he was 13. He graduated from West Side High and decided to move out his home right away and stayed a Townhouse. His Parents had kept a secret from him that they never told him though. When Patrick was born a spell was put on him, It gave him Powers of Super Strength,and The Power of Zeus, this doesn't mean he is immortal, you have to shoot him about 10 times to kill him. There was a day when he went out for a walk and a group of thugs tried to rob him and kill him. They shoot him twice, but he didn't fall or anything. Patrick was astonished and didn't run away, instead he took the all out in less than 3 seconds. Kinetik was another reason why they all went down that quick. He suggested to Patrick that he shouldn't use his powers in public, ever since that day he never used his powers unless he felt it was necessary. He also bought all of the Kinetik Comics to see how he fights crime and try to live a normal life at the same time. He went to Harmon Labs to find and see if Kinetik was there since he was there in some of the comics, at one point he saw Kinetic's sidekick Velocity run by. He looked in every room and lab. There was one room called Project Speed Verse but it was shut down because they hadn't started human trails yet they didn't think it would be successful. He thought to himself "hmm, I could have super speed powers if I do this, but if it back fire i could die. If i die i know my parents and everyone will miss me, but of course my parents would be like, "YOU FOOLISH BOY!" He went into the Tube filled with the electrified water and set everything up all the needles where injected into him all at the same time causing him to faint. A few scientist found him and took him out and shut the process down, lucky for Patrick the process was already finished. He woke up in a room in Mercy Hospital and Kinetik was there with his family. The all exchanged hugs and everything. His family left but Kinetik stayed. "Are you ok?" Patrick replied talking really fast. "Am I ok I feel awesome I feel great." Kinetik looked at him and said "you have super speed abilities now, i can tell because your talking really fast, but we need to make you a costume and give you a name." Patrick replied how about, The Blurr. A new hero is born and history is made the first speedster that was from Africa.
Speedsters Unite!
After 6 months or so, Patrick was widely known in Millennium City and he was about to be known in Vibora, him Kinetik, Velocity, and The Bullet all teamed up to take out Psimon in his new office, it took about 5 hours because they had to get through Medusa and Mind Slayer.
"Hey guys, wanna go to the donut place in city center?"
"Sure Velocity, race you guys there, wait where is The Blurr?
- phone rings*
"Hello?"
"See Ya in a git, haha."
3 seconds later
"Don't worry guys I saved a lemon and four huge powdered donuts, well three now."

"Expulse is the cousin of The Blurr. He was exposed to the Neuroelectric Force of the Hyper Vortex which allows the Blurr to travel by sound ans allowing him to travel through time.
