Background

Faust Bologuard also known as the Omegan got his start in Millennium City where he basically grew up attracted to the same sex. He had a boyfriend named, Daniel and they grew up to be very happy together. Apparently when the two were entering their high school year they were awfully criticized for their sexuality and often teased, but the two referred to each other as the "Gay Power Couple" since together they pretended they didn't hear the crude comments.

Faust and Daniel were explained as inseparable by their girlfriends, one is never seen without the other. Faust and Daniel also grew into comic books and Faust often did comic book reviews on Youtube, he also took a liking to anime and mangas as well due to their fabulous art style and stories. Faust saw that he might want to grow into being a comic book writer, something Daniel didn't like since the two agreed that the would work in the fashion business together. This later grew into a conflict between Faust and Daniel.

Faust and Daniel later came to a disagreement, as that Faust could be a comic book writer and a designer at the same time but Daniel would say it wouldn't work and was stupid. The two would later stop talking to each other for about a month before they would start talking to each other again. Faust and Daniel were back to being the "Gay Power Couple" they been come to known as, but something would happen that would change Faust's world forever.

During his Sophomore year in high school, Faust had finally gained the confidence to arrange a meeting at home with his parents and finally come out to them saying that he was gay and then introduced them to Daniel who had been told to wait outside by Faust so they can see that this was certainly no joke. Faust's father didn't take this too kindly and then told Daniel to leave while he had a "talk" with his son. As soon as the front door closes Faust's father backhands him, giving him a bloody nose saying that he did not spend all these years with his mother trying to raise him only to find out that he would be attracted to the same sex. Shortly after this as the months ensued, Faust's father would continue to beat him until he would finally file for divorce leaving his mom and homosexual son behind.

Faust wouldn't let this bother him and would continue to have a healthy relationship with Daniel until his apparent death in a car crash after him, Faust and some friends had spent the night out drinking and Daniel crashed into another speeding car and killed him, left most of their friends in a coma, and Faust in coma as well with his hands having to been amputated and replaced with cybernetic ones after his original ones had been badly damaged.

After Daniel's death, Faust wasn't comforted by no one at school but instead was bullied by everyone and lacked enough proof to get most of the kids in trouble. In his senior year of high school Faust was considering to commit suicide until his mother revealed to him that she had breast cancer and was dying. This was about enough for Faust and fell into a long deep depression after so many things have happened to him with his dad leaving, boyfriend dying, harassed for being gay, losing his hands, and now his mom telling him that she has cancer. This later caused Faust to run away for a short time.

Faust ran away to join a group of people known as the "Rainbow Crusaders", a group of fellow gays and lesbians who rebel against gay rights such as same-sex marriages and so on. Faust met their leader, Fetch, a fellow lesbian who was also criticized for her sexuality until she founded the Rainbow Crusaders and started to rebel. Fetch and Faust would become best friends but Fetch would recommend that Faust should leave to be with his mother to support her through her journey with breast cancer, Faust would and eventually manage to ignore the kids at school and use his mom's state of condition as motivation.

Eventually coming up on the end of the school year during gym class, Faust would receive a phone call saying that his mom had passed away. He would later run back down to the boys' locker room to grab his regular clothes, but was stopped by fellow taller, stronger and more tougher guys who would beat up Faust and then finally he snapped and Faust would scream, "LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!!" and suddenly the boys' locker room would explode killing the bullies and leaving Faust under some rubble knocked unconscious. He was later recovered by fellow PSI agents and taken back to PSI HQ for research.

As the smoke cleared the fellow boys that bullied Faust were found dead and Faust's body gone. Back at PSI HQ Faust would be put under diagnosis and would be told that he somehow put out enough psychic energy to blow up half of his school and thus had "psychic potential" and was soon put under mind control by PSI to become their "Psychic Soldier" named, Omegan due to his potential of becoming an Omega-level threat when hes older. Eventually it would take all of the Champions including ex-Champions like Nighthawk to subdue Omegan and break him of his mind control and throw him into Hot Sleep. Faust would be in Hot Sleep for a whole year making him 19 when he soon gets out, Faust is eventually shown with a more calm and intellectual side and a lot more sophisticated. Faust now sets out to be a different person. Leaving his identity as Faust behind, there is only "Omegan" and now is commonly spotted wearing something that has pink in it to show support for Breast Cancer Awareness and there is Hope for people with breast cancer. Men included.

Powers and Abilities

  • Telekinesis: Faust can manipulate objects and others at will, project psychokinetic bolts, generate potent force fields around himself and others, as well as levitate himself to fly at supersonic speeds.
  • Telepathy: Capable of using deep and subtle influence. Also capable of displaying various psionic feats with the minds of others including reading and communicating with thoughts over vast distances.
  • Psychic Knives: Faust can project bolts of psychokinetic energy in the form of knives he can use in both melee and ranged combat.
  • Psychokinetic Lance: Faust displayed a brief demonstration of his using his psionic powers to construct a lance which he project at enemies.
  • Ego Sleep: Faust can trick the part of people's brain that controls sleep and convince it that the person is tired and it immediately causes the person to fall asleep in middle of battle, leaving them open for an attack.
  • Psychic Confusion: Faust can unleash a storm of psychic energy that can confuse foes and cause them to redirect their attention on each other and thus causing them to fight between each other instead of Faust.
  • Psionic Surge: Hurls a surge of pure psionic energy that knocks down a target and pulls them out of flight.
  • Induced Accelerated Healing: Faust can accelerate his brain's bodily healing functions to accelerate any injuries sustained in battle.
  • Flight: Faust can use his telekinetic abilities to levitate himself off the ground and project himself at superhuman speeds in one direction while still having complete control and maneuverability.
  • Teleportation: Using sheer mental energy, Faust can phase out of the physical plane of existence into the astral realm and reappear in the physical realm in a different location. This power is only maintained for a short time before Faust has to phase back into the physical world before he is trapped in the astral plane forever.
  • Telekinetic Shield: Faust can project a shield of pure mental energy to block and shield himself from most attacks.
  • Mind Link: This telepathic link allows Faust to share pain amongst the enemies around you by forging a psychic bond that forces them to feel the pain of others.
  • Telekinetic Armour: Through sheer effort and concentration, Faust may create a large astral form himself, much like Psimon. While its not as dense it is a lot more powerful then Psimon's psionic armour and attacks a target at it's brain, preferring you use brains over brawn.
  • Psionic Recurve Bow: Recently learned to channel his mental energy as a astral energy bow-and-arrow construct which manifests the focused totality of his telepathic powers. A power he seemed to effortlessly manifest once he had gotten into a fight with Mind Slayer. Much as Mindslayer's psi-blades it doesn't cause any external affects but deals direct mental damage leading to intense pain, unconsciousness or possibly death.
  • Psychokinetic Lightning Storm: A power whose capabilities seem to be unexplained at this time, Faust can somehow call down a psychokinetic lightning to shock his enemies. While it doesn't do any real electrical damage in can give the feeling like it is.
  • Invisibility Awareness: Somehow Faust can automatically detect cloaked/invisible targets and able to tell where they are. Although Faust may not be able to detect users in a long-range view.
  • Astral Projection: can project his astral form from his body onto astral planes or the physical planes. In the physical plane he can only travel in astral form over short distances. In the astral plane, he can mentally create psionic objects and manipulate the aspects of his environment.
