History
John Sebastian Dothan grew up in a wealthy family who cared for him and loved him like any parents would. John was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder at age 20 when he often when into blind rages and often got himself hurt in some way or form. John's parents Jessica and Ryan Dothan didn't want their "heir" to the Dothan Throne and future CEO of DothCorp, a multinational industry known for its advances in technology, electrical engineering, and chemistry to be thought as a freak and/or psychopath and so John was given special medication to suppress his Bipolar Disorder.
When John was around twenty-five he went to college for engineering, finance, and science with the help of his parents wealth he became the most popular kid in the school and was always getting dates eventually he became so happy and fun-filled with joy that he stop taking his meditation thinking he was "cured" of his Disorder. One night John and his girlfriend, Alice got into fight and killed her in a drunken-rage by hitting in the head with a beer bottle killing her instantly. John was taken to jail and was soon bailed out by his parents and continued his studies at college.
John was only thirty-two when his his parents died in a car crash and finally became the new head of DothCorp. John moved back to Detroit and ran DothCorp while also marring his old college sweetheart, Danielle Flanigan. Danielle and John soon married on the roof of DothCorp (which is were John also purposed) and had a child named, Jack Dothan. John eventually thought everything was going great until his Bipolar Disorder started coming back and he soon struck his wife after being under so much stress while working at the office, but this was only the beginning for John more "personal" problems.
John Dothan: CEO of DothCorp, The Man Who Takes Risks
John's Bipolar Disorder was one thing but another thing that made John quite famous is his alias: "The Man Who Takes Risks". This alias was earned after John would be told the performance of a certain thing/object/or item can't be done without consequences but John would always push that "risk" and thus was the birth of "The Man Who Takes Risks". John was always quite stubborn and politics constantly rant and rave about how Dothan should retire or be overthrown by his now aging son, Jack Dothan. Although John proves himself to be a "Man with Risks" instead of one who "takes" them, John also proves to be a man whose hungry with power and greed and that all started with combination of VIPER's super drug, Draysha and PRIMUS' super-soldier serum, Cyberline. When combining these John would get a special "Performance-Enhancer" that would increase the human body to peak levels ones such as peak conditioning.

Equipment
- Toilet Paper Bombs: On Halloween, teens take toilet paper and "TP" everybody's house and run before they get caught. For John Dothan a.k.a Halloween its different, making specially designed bombs with the guise of none other than toilet paper the fellow "tissue flap" can be activated with the press of a red button located on the side of the bomb, the flap lights up and "Kaboom" you get fireworks.
- Acid Egg Grenades: These "Egg Grenades" are filled with an artificial yolk that when cracked or comes in contact with the skin can melt and destroy skin tissue and burn through all known armors including Questionite.
- Sonic "Shriek" Mask: John's Jack-O-Lantern mask is outfitted with special sonic emitters that when John goes to "laugh" the sonic emitters let out a sonic "shriek" that can be activated through a telepathic link John incorporated with his bio-luminescent mask he wears under his Jack-O-Lantern mask.
- Knock-Out Gas: Mainly used for capturing targets alive.
- Laser Point Blasts: Halloween's Laser Point Blasts are actually micro-chips that fire bio-electric blasts from the index fingers of his gloves.
Powers and Abilities
- Superhuman Strength: John after drinking the Performance-Enhancer, became incredibly strong. John, as Halloween, can easily overpower humans by lifting them up with one hand or by hurling them around. He and can also lift extremely heavy objects, crush and break through wood panels and templates, bend metal, and can punch through glass without gaining injury. As shown on many occasions, John, as Halloween, can match Bugg.
- Superhuman Speed: John thanks to the Performance-Enhancer, can run and operate at superhuman speeds. His overall body equilibrium is also heightened although he is not nearly as fast as speedsters. For example, with his speed, he can outrun vehicles.
- Superhuman Stamina: John thanks to the Performance-Enhancer, can operate or maintain his movements for prolonged periods of time without getting tired or weary in the process.
- Superhuman Durability: The formula also fortified all of Dothan's bodily tissues, making them far tougher and more resistant to injury than normal humans. While Dothan can be injured by something along the lines of a knife or small conventional bullets composed of conventional material, he is very resistant to great impact forces and blunt trauma. He can withstand powerful impacts, such as falling from several stories or being repeatedly struck by a superhuman enemy, that would severely injure or kill a normal human with little to no injury to himself.
- Regenerative Healing Factor: If Dothan does sustain injury, his body's increased metabolism allows him to heal damaged tissue much faster and more extensively than a normal human is capable of. While not nearly as efficient as the healing powers possessed by Grond, he can heal from injuries that would prove lethal to an ordinary human.
