Contents
History
Delta was formed when the Department of Emergency: Logistics and Tactics Agency was shut down. When UNTIL wanted to reassign the agents into their various sub-divisions, the former DE:LTA members took a stand. The bond forged in the agency produced more than just co-workers and together they were not just the Logistics and Tactics Agency for the Department of Emergency, they were Delta, and they meant to keep it that way.

Cassandra
Name: Cassandra del Etheria
Abilities: Arcane Sorcery, Enchanting, Alchemy, Artifice
A half-Elf mage, Cassandra is one of Delta's powerful offensive weapons. Her knowledge of the arcane arts allows her to enchant any weapon in a variety of ways, and she is their go-to for most anything magical.
Cavalier
Name: Daniel Henderson
Abilities: Body Supremacy and Weapon Proficiency Touch
Trained in multiple forms of martial arts, with superhuman physical abilities, the ability to copy the movements of his enemies and turn anything into a weapon Cavalier is a master of combat and foe to be reckoned with.
Cliff-Side
Name: Alan Cashton
Abilities: M.A.P. Circuitry Geo-Armor granting Enhanced Strength, Size, Durability and Earth Control
American born law officer and special agent of DE:LTA. His career began in Raleigh NC as a police cadet fresh out of college with long term goal of becoming detective.

Abilities: Water Manipulation, Mystical Abilities

D.A.W.N.
Name: Dawn Cashton
Abilities: Resilient Steel Chassis and Heavy Weaponry
The D.A.W.N. was created by Mechanon as one of his first micro-yield nuclear deployment drones. It has since been recovered and reprogrammed to work for UNTIL. The AI is now so advanced the droid is considered sentient.
Joule
Name: Sai'edra Eli'dahon
Abilities: Energy Manipulation, Flight, Energy Form.
Joule's natural abilities allow her to manipulate and store nigh unquantifiable amounts of energy. Her abilities have a broad range of applications as well as devastating potential, making her highly versatile and one of the more offensively powerful members of Delta.
Keirian
Name: KeirianSIdhe e' Misere ne Eersteklas ne Lissesul ne FIriun ne AMicitia dun Zigilgund
Abilities: Archery and Magic
Born of two opposed Courts of the Fae Keirian has had to work years to balance her opposing natures and instincts.
Kr'anri

Abilities: Instinctive Telepathy and Agility
Kr'anri is a Proysthian telepath, who was kidnapped from her homeworld by the Qularr and has been on Earth since the Millennium City Crisis.
Psirus
Name: Jimar Domino
Abilities: Hybrid Mentalist of Empathic and Telempathic prowess.
Psirus is a human mutant psychic who recently joined the ranks of DELTA. After the recent defeat of a deadly nemesis, Jimar uses his mental assets to help the team and be a contributing member of DELTA.
Sarge
Name: Christopher Vaughn
Abilities: Skilled Marksman and Tactician
Christopher Vaughn is the best human soldier UNTIL has ever known, setting yet unbroken records throughout all his basic and specialized training. His skills had waned in his old age, making UNTIL happy to release him to the department.
Savage
Name: Caitlin Dupree
Abilities: Super Strength, Rapid Cellular Regeneration, Extreme Rage and Primitive Intellect provide Resistance to Telepathic assault and coercion
Caitlin Dupree was visiting her scientist father at Project Greenskin when Irradiates attacked the base with an atomic device. She was caught in the blast and was transformed into a creature of inarticulate rage.
Shockwave
