Biography
Everyone is always trying to create "super soldiers" for their army, or to sell for someone else's. There always seems to be a mad scientist involved, combining things that were not meant to go together... Lemurian DNA, cloned psionic brains, photosynthetic temporally unstable mutant thyroids, glitchy alien universal translation devices, self-replicating nanotech armor, and so on. It's nothing short of a miracle to put all these things in a batch, stir in some Chemical X, and come up with a living being. Solstar is that miracle. It's an even greater miracle if that being is mentally stable. Solstar is *not* that miracle.
Solstar is irreparably damaged mentally, with a personality stitched together from numerous psychic grafts stolen from various heroes and villains. Some days, he's cartoonishly patriotic, and others he is a mass murdering freedom fighter. Most often he falls somewhere in between, but he is always dangerous and unpredictable, unless being guided by "Lady Seven" who seems to be an invisible friend that is apparently happiest when Solstar is calm, polite, and well behaved.
