Overview

Liberators Tower is the primary base of operations for the United Liberators Coalition for operations within the United States, and is also home to administrative centers for Vlocke Aerospace Industries and Frost Futuretech. Constructed in 2016, the Phoenix Complex is the newest addition to Lake St.Clair, having been built atop Gull Island near the northern part of the lake. The complex is designed to resemble the Liberators Phoenix emblem when viewed from directly above. It is connected to the mainland via a long road bridge, and also employs several hovercraft landing bays and hangars to accommodate the Liberator's air arsenal as well as arriving and departing planes.

Several Liberators and members of the ULC have moved in and now reside in the facility itself.

Skyward

The Bunker was an underground base on Gull Island, Lake St. Claire, that was formerly the location serving as the Liberators' headquarters before its destruction in late 2013 by a rouge faction of PRIMUS led by Kibishi Kowai. The facility was completely devastated, and the damage to structural integrity was so severe the Liberators were forced to abandon it without even bothering to attempt salvage operations for equipment. Gull Island would remain untouched for the next few years, crumbling concrete ruins and overgrown plants the only indication that something was ever there. In the meantime, the Citadel was constructed as a mobile replacement headquarters, a gigantic flying wing that could cloak and remain in the air indefinitely. But even the Citadel had its problems, and despite its gargantuan size and abilities it could not provide the extensive facilties that a properly-dedicated base on the ground could offer.

Down to Earth

In early February of 2016, the Liberators assimilated and merged with several other entities to form the United Liberators Coalition, an organization that pooled resources and contributions of numerous parties in the permanent alliance. Roland Vlocke (head of Vlocke Aerospace Industries), Lionel Blacke (head of Frost Futuretech), Helena Wolfe (Director of the Serpent Institute for Preservation and Study of Unusual Anomalies and Artifacts) and Brian Thomas held a conference at an undisclosed location on February 2nd, 2016 and and made the decision to join forces as the administrators for a new organization called the United Liberators Coalition. The two CEOS pledged personnel and financial support, while the Serpent Institute's assets and personnel were assimilated into the Liberators, adding dozens of hovercraft planes, SUVs and armored personnel carriers as well as security and task force personnel into the Liberators' arsenal. The Director of SI, Helena Wolfe, stepped down to become an administrator, allowing Anthony Griffins to take command of ULC as its Director. The administrators of the new organization decided to replace the Citadel as their headquarters and set about building a proper new facility to accommodate their new fleet and hierarchical structure: Liberators Tower.

Gull Island was purchased with their new resources, and construction began promptly on the new facility. The skyscraper and its surrounding complex were completed in early June of 2016. Docking facilities for the Citadel and Phoenix II were finished in time for the Liberators to use them after returning from vacation leave, and the Tower was soon christened in an opening ceremony in late June. Personnel were activated and reported for duty at the complex a day after. Liberators Tower now serves as the primary headquarters for ULC.
