Background
Early Years
Johnathon Henry-Claude Sterling was born to Christopher and Maria Sterling and grew up in Detroit, Michigan in the July of 1975. He was an average young kid who never fit-in with the cool kids and always wished to grow up in his father's shoes as a man of war and wished to enlist in the army despite his mother's great fear of it after Christopher's near-death experience while still in service. Christoper would monthly write letters to his dear wife and son to give them updates on how he was doing, but one day Christopher would write his final letter after him and his team would go on a black-ops mission to raid an enemy base but after Chris' team would be tasked with blowing up, Chris would die in the explosion after being shot in the spine and he would be paralyzed from the waist down and since the bomb was rigged to blow in 20 seconds Chris knew he wasn't gonna make it and so he lit himself one last cigar which he had taken an interest in after serving time in the army would build up so much stress for Chris and within seconds, the base blew up and Chris died within it alongside the countless dead bodies inside.
Flash forward twenty years later in 1995, Johnathon (who was supposed to be serving in the military for about 10 years) resigns early from the military after receiving news that his mother had died in the infamous Battle of Detroit lead by the super-villain Doctor Destroyer, but John does receive a letter that his mom failed to send after having to attend a community meeting in her neighborhood months prior to the Battle. This later motivates John into instead of rejoining the military decides to join UNTIL (United Nations Tribunal on International Law) and work for the greater good and stop people like Doctor Destroyer from ever trying to endanger innocent people like that again.
John worked as a soldier for UNTIL and commonly worked as a first reporter and often worked the sidelines while heroes would usually engage in the ongoing fight. At times John would find it hard to come in and serve with UNTIL but only continued to go back because he enjoyed the kids always running up thanking him and hugging him for saving them and their families. John would eventually gain a lasting impression on his fair country after having a near-death experience in a exploding building that was very similar to the one that killed his father years ago. John would be motivated to be a better person and wish that even if there is a low chance at civilian survival rating, he would at least try then let them die and constantly dwell on the fact that he didn't make an attempt at saving them.
Within a matter of months, John would find himself rising through the ranks of UNTIL and eventually landing at Agent. Once Johnathon landed at the agent rank he was provided a new uniform, access to real high tech weaponry, and codename of Agent 56 and would operate on infiltration and espionage missions provided by Dr. White of UNITY, UNTIL's official super-team to investigate with some super-crimes across the globe. As Agent 56, John became a force to be dealt with after his worldwide feats would become known to all and thus many wealthy businessmen and some evil organizations had to keep an eye out for him.

Appearance and Personality
Johnathon is often described as a handsome, young man who usually keeps himself well groomed and always seems to keep his hair in the nicest of conditions. He stands at six foot two inches in and out costume and weights to hundred and forty pounds. He carries himself well, often walking with his back straight up and almost never seen walking or portraying himself in a "lazy" fashion. John's voice is mostly described as deep but soothing at the same time nothing too brash but can be also be made to sound intimidating when in more serious environments. John is also generally seen very casual clothing, consisting of nothing more besides a jacket and jeans.
Personality-wise John is all anyone could ever ask for. He treats everyone with the greatest level of respect, even if that person may be a villain or just not the most-liked person in the room. He is also a bit of a perfectionist, often wishing for so much to be the way he sees it fit, but the perfectionist in him ends where leads up with the acknowledgement of how world and the people can't be 'perfect' because of it would require change, the one thing the general public is known not to take very well. John often says himself that he has a bit of a 'Messiah complex', where he wants to save and be there to help everyone no matter who or what they are. But he can't because knows theres just no way of doing that without having to rid the world and the universe as a whole of all its evil and corruption. John time and time again states that he does what he does not because he likes helping people but because it helps make him feel like he trying to do something to take a stand and make a change in the world.

- Peak Human Conditioning: John's bodily functions are enhanced to the pinnacle of human conditioning; therefore, his strength, speed, stamina, senses, agility, reflexes, accuracy, longevity, durability, intelligence, healing time, flexibility and combat skills are greatly heightened, but without any superhuman degree.
- Peak Human Strength: John is capable of lifting many times his own body weight, which entails to doing the following actions: punching an enemy through a brick wall, breaking/bending steel cuffs or chains, bench-pressing above a 500kg/1000ibs level, and leg-pressing around 1130kg/2500ibs. Also, striking down doors with a single punch or kick, knocking out people with one offensive impact etc. It may be said that he has the strength of 10 average men.
- Peak Human Speed: John can run up to 60km/h (40 mph) with this sort of speed, one could catch-up or outrun moving vehicles, likely to always be first in running-races and have great reactions.

He can catch a fired arrow in midair, dodge offensive attacks, and perform amazing physically defensive feats; he could even evade strikes from beings with super speed, and dodge multiple gunfire with ease.

- Peak Human Mental Process: John is more intelligent than most of his species, or at least able to use his brain more efficiently either by being naturally gifted or training himself for the needed shortcuts. Some are able to perform feats of mind comparable to computers: remembering vast amounts of knowledge flawlessly, performing complex calculations or other similar tasks. John has shown and awed many that he could master several forms of fighting in a whole day under about 12 hours.
- Peak Human Healing: Blue Patriot's natural healing capabilities are at the highest levels of human potential. His white blood cells fight off microbes, infections, diseases, disorders, wounds, etc.
- Peak Human Equilibrium: John's balance is at the peak of human perfection, allowing him to preform feats that not even highly trained Olympic gymnasts could accomplish.
- Peak Human Flexibility: This ability enables John to be the most flexible of the human species. He can bend, twist or scrunch to a certain degree.
- Peak Human Endurance: John can endure more physical stress than average members of their species. He can tolerate large amounts of physical pain such as being shot or stabbed repeatedly, burned with high heat, and beatings that no ordinary person could handle. He can also hold his breath for 3-7 minutes and remain calm through stressful or painful situations.

- Uniform: As Blue Patriot, John wears a special form of battle armor which looks bulky to the eye but isn't actually. The uniform consists of a armored breastplate over top some armored undersuit. The breastplate is made of Kendrium and bulletproof Kevlar, it was also specifically made to withstand any kinds of gunfire or explosions that may get fired at John's chest and to prevent the said gunfire or shrapnel from lodging itself around, near, or in John's heart. The Breastplate is also detachable and can be removed in case of extreme emergencies, the gloves on John's suit have a wrist laser, high-velocity rope, capable emitting electric shocks, built-in communicator, Can take and run DNA/Chemical samples, and Can hack other computers. As for the under armor body suit it is, Bulletproof, Fireproof, Resistant to medium level shocks, Resistant to concentrated acid, Resistant to extreme pressures and has built-in temperature control so it can enable John to be warm in cool temperatures and cool in warm temperatures.
- Dual 'Star Hyperion' 654 SteelEdge Pistols: Created by Project American, these cutting edge pistols are specially keyed to John Sterling's DNA, so that it will only work for him. The Star Hyperion SteelEdge Pistols were created using shape-shifting DNA from an unknown alien race, allowing them to take the form of an automatic rifle for John to use in times of need. If the Pistol(s) were ever knocked out from John's hands they automatically lock down and a "safeguard" is put on it so if anyone other then John were to use it, it would emit an electric shock strong enough to either paralyze the user or render them unconscious. The gun also works unlike any other, having a triangular barrel and built-in laser sight. The SteelEdge Pistol boasts a low recoil, a large magazine capacity, a comfortable leather grip, impressively long-range firing capabilities, and packs enough power to stop a rhino to maybe some omega-level superhuman threats. There only exist one pair of these pistols and they are wielded by John and only John due to them being specially made for him.
- Black Titanium 'Janice' Armor-Buster 211 Revolver: Another special memento provided to him by Project American, John received a "revolver-styled" high tech pistol which fires concentrated blasts of energy while still being in the form of bullets. Often known as the "Armor-Buster" the energy blasts range from whatever John wishes the gun to fire, so often times it can fire Atomic, Celestial, Dark, Concussive, Hellfire, Arctic, Fire, and Electrical blasts of energy. However due to the tremendous amounts of energy the gun can fire at once it does take awhile to cool down after its be used for more then an hour, a red light usually beeps saying the gun need to cool down, yellow means its almost finished, and green obviously means the cool down wait is over and it is ready to be used again. John has also named the pistol, Janice, just because its real name is too long to say at once.
- 'Bluebelle': Yet another gift from UNTIL to Blue, Blue was awarded a special hybrid-powered Lamborghini as an alternate way to travel cross-country. Although the car is rarely used it is commonly dropped in by UNTIL through cargo helicopters at specially marked locations and it received again (if still in tacked and slightly operational) for UNTIL to repair if it sustained any significant damage from bullets and explosions.
- Utility Belt: Sterling wears a utility belt containing mission-specific equipment such as a first aid kit (containing tweezers, antiseptic gel coated band aids, bone and muscle pain reliever spray cans and antidotes for some toxins.), military cable, pick locks, grenades, and several other materials as well as several rounds of bullets for his array of munition weaponry.
- UNTIL Identity-Clearance Card: Since he works close with UNTIL and is a high-ranking member of the organization, John always keeps his clearance card close by him, which contains his genetic signature in case he is ever replaced or impersonated by a fellow superhuman shapeshifter.
- Rebreather: A small, compact rebreather that fits in the palm of John's hand is used for those underwater missions.
- Smoke Pellets: Small pellets containing different kinds of gases, ones such as Tear, Knock-Out, Smoke, etc.
- Domino Mask: What looks like a simple mask is actually a lot of technology jam-packed into an accessory worn on John's face. John's domino mask is capable of letting him see with various kinds of visions, ones such as infrared, thermal, night, etc. The mask is even made of smart technology so only John can remove the mask and it is even able to distort his face with blurry outlines to prevent people from possibly seeing through it.
- UNTIL-Issued Hover Disk: When UNTIL's sky carrier was under siege by an unknown enemy Blue Patriot was provided a hover disk so he would fight alongside other heroes to prevent the sky carrier from crashing into Millennium City, once the fight was over Blue was allowed to keep it so he could cover ground a lot more easier since he can't run everywhere all the time.
- UNTIL Shuttle: As a gift from UNTIL to John, Blue Patriot was given the keys to a UNTIL Shuttle so he can get to places way faster then he would on foot or with his hover disk.
Special Ammunition and Other Essentials
- Kendrium and Questionite Bullets: After becoming a high-ranking official at UNTIL, Sterling has access to some of their locked up Questionite Ores which they later work into the form of bullets for John's arsenal of handguns and rifles. He has even earned the trust of fellow scientist Daryl Kendrick and he has even worked up Kendrium-versions of John's ammunition. The ammunition is worked into as many bullets a cartridge for the desired gun can carry and even though John has earned his place as a trusted individual to many, he is still treated like everyone else and cannot keep returning to UNTIL or Professor Kendrick for more Questionite or Kendrium rounds of bullets so often times John will use rubber bullets and won't resort to the Questionite or Kendrium clips unless they are really needed.
- Chemical Pellets: Millennium City Police Department utilizes a number of special pellets to help them take down superhumans, UNTIL has worked up a variant of their own and has given some to John so he could take down superhumans with less collateral damage.
- MARS Shield: Temporary Reinforcement gel that projects itself in the form of a protective shield. This was given to Blue Patriot as a gift from the Metahuman Activities Response Squad, or MARS for short, after he aided them in a attack with another unidentified metahuman who used their powers to almost rock all of downtown like Gravitar occasionally does.
- Stunner Pistol: A state of the art law enforcement device that incapacitates, but doesn't kill.
- Silver Star, Custom Buckmaster Knife: "This Questionite-laced 7" bladed knife is dual edged with a serrated spine to provide improved stabbing and thrusting capabilities" - says a dapper fellow who also works for UNTIL. Perfect for close combat situations, despite that this weapon is rarely used the knife is laced in Questionite and bares a star emblem engraved into the blade itself and is often used if Blue Patriot lacks any other weaponry and needs an alternate way of defending himself besides using his fists.

- Master Hand-to-Hand Combatant: Blue Patriot has been deemed a master combatant, even all the way to be considered one of the best. Blue Patriot has mastered many forms of combat and martial arts, some even predating our time and has bested many assassins, mercenaries, ninjas, ronins, etc. and has always come out on top.
- Multilingualism: Blue Patriot has learned multiple different foreign language as a way for if he was going to be working for UNTIL he was gonna need to be able to be prepared for just in case he ever travels to a non-English speaking country. So far Blue Patriot has learned, mastered, and is able to fluently speak Spanish, German, Russian, Mandarin, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, Brazilian, Swedish, Norwegian, French, Portuguese, and Korean.
- Master Marksman: Blue Patriot’s brain center for aim, accuracy and precision is drastically improved. Patriot needs only to aim for an instant before he can precisely hit a target with a weapon or a blow. It is even possible for Patriot to make a weapon out of almost anything in his environment by simply throwing it, such as rocks and pebbles, pens, paper, playing cards, toothpicks, tools, food, broken glass, bottle caps, and even in the most desperate cases, he can turn his own teeth into a weapon.
- Indomitable Will: Sterling is a strong-willed individual. He is able to overcome most forms of temptation and resist the effects of extreme pain, drugs and toxins to a great extent. John's brain has become so resilient to most things even some psychics have trouble just trying to penetrate his mind and as everyone knows John lacks any kinds of protection from psychic attacks and even so which is probably a side-effect from his enhanced mental processing, John's mind is near-invulnerable when it comes to mind control. only the strongest willed individuals have a chance of enslaving him.

- Weapons Proficiency: John's mental processing has already been enhanced to levels where he can be considered one of the most smartest individuals in the world, but also his mind is capable of adapting to new weaponry very quickly. John was able to learn and function a Qularr weapon and a Gadroon gravitational device in under six seconds of acquiring it. - Special Ops Mastery: John Sterling has been trained and is able to become almost super-humanly skilled in all forms of special operations included but not limited to, Counter-terrorism, Guerrilla Warfare, Direct Action, Counterinsurgency, Assassination, Close Target Reconnaissance, and many others. The ability to conduct these actions with such skill originated from advanced training and mental programming. Also, when combined with high intellect and a high level of physical ability, John can create completely new possibly unbeatable methods of special operations.
