Victoria Callaghan doesn't cut a very impressive figure. Standing at about 5'3" and with a fairly small frame, most people that she encounters practically dwarfs her, especially in a career where most men (and some women) tend to stand almost an entire foot taller than her. She's quite a bit on the pale side, as well, and has dark blue eyes and long brown hair that she tends to wear long, reaching down to the middle of her back when she doesn't pull it up into a ponytail. Despite her size, though, she's rather physically fit, due to a lifetime of exercise (you have to be in good shape to run away from the police, after all!). Victoria favors snug, but not tight, clothing when she's out and about in her civilian identity.

Personality-wise, the best word to describe Victoria is 'blunt'. She's hardly afraid to call something like she sees it, which can often make her come across as a bit cold and mean. She prefers to cut to the heart of things rather than beating around the bush. That isn't to say she dislikes most people though - in matter of fact, the more she likes someone, the more likely she is to tell it like it is, as she doesn't want there to be any questions about how she feels about something. She also likes to banter, frequently tossing about insults casually with the hope that they'll get returned. She rarely actually means what she's saying when she does this, and makes it quite clear when she does.
