Attitude and Personality
Taria is serious, nice, and mean at times. She's always serious, especially when it involves mercenary work. However when she's in Caprice, Sherrera's, or any other social place, she's generally nice.. but still serious!
History
Childhood
Taria was born to Maria Kritaion, a mercenary, and Maximus Kritaion, a Kritaion Elder and politician in the Elder Council. Maria could not take care of Taria nor be with her due to a current contract she was working on and didn't want to get her daughter involved, so she left her in the care of Maximus. Maximus cared nothing of his daughter, in fact, the Elder Council Politics were more important to him than she was to him. Takaru rose and took the role to raise Taria, along with the help of Ricarz. Takaru would be a major impact on Taria's life, she did not just view him as a brother, but as a role model. The years passed by fast, at the age of five, an event that would begin her undying hatred for her father would happen, Maximus was planning to send her away, with no hint of return nor emotion, to a Swordsman of his choice. It was apparent that this decision wasn't best for Taria, but for Maximus himself rather. Takaru however would not stand for this, he rescued Taria and sent her to the mentor he trained under as a child, their Uncle "Fury" Kritaion.
Training Under Uncle "Fury"
Taria soon learned why everyone called him "Fury" rather than his real name, Samaku. He was always cursing here, yelling there, angry, and ironically nice to only family members. She was taught skills that Fury claims that "I've never taught anyone these before, never found anyone with enough skill, fast learning ability, or fast reflexes for them.. until now that is, Taria is perfect for the skills I have taught her, and she will put them to good use, I just know it." Taria trained under Uncle Fury for fifteen long years, during this time Takaru went to see her and teach her how to fire a gun, her most favorite weapons out of the training with Tak was pistols. When Taria's training finally ended, she was given the gift of two impervium katanas with Kanji symbols, most notably Courage, Strength, and Honor, and a dragon engraved near the hilt of the katanas. She always keeps and takes these katanas with her and uses them always.. she will never leave without them.
Taria Today
Taria today has followed Takaru's footsteps and become a mercenary. She is serious about being a mercenary, she gets the job done no matter what the odds and doesn't give up. She mainly takes contracts from PRIMUS, UNTIL, UNITY, and once and awhile, MCPD. She has recently joined up with the PMC Ghost Hound to further her mercenary career. ((WIP))
Meditation
Taria meditates... a lot, she claims "Meditation is good for the mind and body, it helps the mind focus and stay clear while keeping the body healthy." She recommends that everyone meditates and shuns those that do not, she won't force you to, but she acknowledges that not everyone likes to meditate.
Constant Training
Taria, like Takaru, constantly trains to keep her abilities and skills at their best. According to the Kritaions "Without constant training to keep your abilities sharp, ready, skilled, and at their best, you become weak and shall fall before your enemies, where as those that do shall rise and defeat their enemy, claiming glorious victory."
Clan/Family Problems
Recently the Kritaions have been uprising and resisting their leader, or known as the High Elder, Daragu. Daragu is an oppressive leader, or recently has become one, as more and more Kritaions are joining "Modern" Society, basically breaking the Old Ways of the Kritaions, which the High Elder has stated as "Important above all else". His actions of enforcing the Old Ways due to this resistance by brute force and, at times, lethally has led a strong hatred against the High Elder. Several Elders among the Elder Council have resigned as a result of his actions, including Fury, who was one of the first to retire in "Several Decades, perhaps centuries". However, who is the leader of all this movement to rid the Old Ways and bring about the New Ways to accustom the new modern civilization? Takaru Kritaion of course, is leading the movement against the High Elder. Those that follow Takaru, and those Elders that have retired, are labeled by the High Elder and Loyalists as the "Rogue Kritaions", a supposed great insult in the view of the High Elder, but a worthy title to wear according to those that wear the "Rogue Kritaion" title proudly and with honor. Taria heavily supports Takaru, and is pretty much the second in command of the movement, in fact, she was the first to be "Exiled" and labeled as a "Rogue Kritaion".
