Physical Attributes

Even with taking into account his fairly young age, Marc has an unremarkable physical profile. He carries himself with a short and stocky build, and has a history of only engaging in minimal exercise-- enough to get him through an average day. He seems to have a greater than average stamina-- despite his lack of fitness-- compared to others with similar habits, though this tends to be counteracted by the fact that he is somewhat clumsy.

Powers and Abilities

"Radio Voice" : In lieu of direct speech, any sounds Marc produces naturally occur as a projected form of electromagnetic radiation akin to radio waves. This allows him the potential to communicate over long distances through media that can pick up his vocal frequency. He uses equipment (below) to harness his powers effectively.

Equipment and Other Paraphernalia

• Nanite Vocal Modulator System: One of the Constructor's first "gifts" was this piece of advanced technology which, on the man's command, seemed to be absorbed into Marc's body. The modulator allows Marc to speak without the use of external devices, although resulting speech does sound grainy and staticky as if coming from a speaker (excess interference is denoted with "#"). He is still able to project his voice to other recievers at will, if he so wishes.

Kid Ballistic: The so-called "Bullet Baron" was one of the very first people to witness Marc's vocal transformation, having done so after saving the boy from thugs of the Red Banner. Having figured out the nature of his powers, Sid cautiously let Marc borrow his Progeny communicator on the promise that he would come to retrieve it sooner rather than later.

Strong Suit

Blitzkrieg: Even with the experiences of meeting the members of his would-be superteam, Marc's encounter with army captain Jacob Raines ranks as one of his biggest influences in choosing to embrace his gifts. Marc treasures the military hero's autograph, which reads "Don't be afraid of being different".

Sabotage: A bionic-limbed hero initially encountered on the job as Marc attempted to track down a purse stolen by Cobra Lords.

Constructor: Introduced by way of Sabotage's list of contacts as Josiah Constantine, this mysterious benefactor turned out to be willing to provide Marc with what he needs to take his role as a hero seriously-- even going so far as offering to fashion him equipment made of his signature Polarium alloy. Marc remains unaware of the man's (true) identity or the motives behind his generosity.

• As he gets used to his powers, he (unintentionally?) models his way of speaking after old-time radio announcers.
