Summary
Viceroy is the leader of OMEGA, a superteam from Multifaria who found their way to our Dimension. His Intellect is beyond genius and he uses it to build dangerous, deadly tech. He personally upgraded the Mega-Destroid Terminators that protect the citadel of Citizen Harmon.

Charles Montgomery was a rather gifted particle physicist working for Harmon Industries. His research on "the god particle" was praised through the entire scientific community. He was even complimented by Mentiac himself. He reveled in the praise of his peers. He continually challenged himself for his next big breakthrough.
In March 2007, he began working on an experiment in dimensional travel. His original prototypes were all failures. The pressure to succeed was taking a clear toll on his psychological well-being. Mentiac, who had been keeping tabs on Charles, decided to intervene. He sent Agents Rift and Kontrol in to investigate the matter.
HARMON INDUSTRIES SURVEILLANCE FOOTAGE
Dated June 5, 2008:
Kontrol: "Hello Mr. Montgomery, I am Agent Kontrol of the Department of Emergency: Limit Tested Agents. This is my associate, Agent Rift. I am here to speak with you about your psychological well-being, and perhaps help you complete the work you've started on your project."
Viceroy: "My psycho.. what could you POSSIBLY understand of the complexities of dimensional travel? You're simply a girl."
Kontrol: "Being a girl is anything but simple, Mr. Montgomery. And I know much more than you think about dimensional portals. Agent Rift.. If you please"
Rift opens a portal that acts as a window to a Utopian dimension.
Kontrol: "I have completed extensive spectral analysis on these portals. While you are currently working through wormhole theory, I have already found the key to moving freely though the space-time continuum. But your research is not what we are here to talk about. You have shown signs of obsessive behavior, becoming cruel to your staff and on multiple occasions using untested prototypes on human participants. Luckily they have all been complete failures. You could have hurt someone, or completely erased them from existence."
The portal closes.
Viceroy: "You have...? But I.." looks confused. "You use your metahuman mind to find what I have done with my human brain. I am the SMARTEST man on the planet!"
Kontrol: "I posses no metahuman traits, Mr. Montgomery. I am simply more intelligent than you. While you may well be the worlds smartest man.. I am a woman."
Rift opens a portal. Through the portal you can see Mentiac and Stronghold security officers.
Kontrol: "Now if you'll follow me, we can get you the help you need."
Viceroy runs to his desk and pushes a button under his desk. Rift opens a portal beneath Kontrol that she falls through. Suddenly a black hole appears in the room
