Overview

The Pacifier system is a weapons system currently developed in order to facilitate the non-lethal capture of metahuman and alien individuals, though they are more than adequate for taking down regular humans and animals as well. Pacifier weaponry comes with two main forms of munitions, Sonic Waves and Electroshock Ammunition.
