Overwatch, A.K.A. Adrian Larn is an elected MCPD Officer with special duties and priviledges. He has been a member of the MCPD since 1993, when it was still the Detroit Police Department. His position as Overwatch Officer of the MCPD was decided in 2005, but he only returned from his tenure with UNTIL in 2008.
