Background and Origin
Pre-incident
Micheal Stone was at first a well respected special forces operator, running high risk missions for the US military. But as time went on people dicovered a chilling truth about Micheal, as it turns out he was offering his services to villians and for evil coorperation in both assessination and advice. This all came to light when on a mission to recover several defecting VIPER scientists Micheal was hired by VIPER to ensure their "untimely demise" but unfortunate for him everything went south, in the end Micheal was forced to kill two of his own squad and the scientists but was arrested in the process. Micheal was senteced to death for the betrayel of his country and the murder of civilians and fellow soldiers, however as it turned out this would not the the end of him.
Incident
However the development of SPECTER hit a snag when they found out that there were severe dangers at human testing the suit, and with development having hit a wall that simply required human testing the military was forced to make a risky move.
With a special order they commanded several military death-row inmates to the project, offering them the choice of either : Testing the suit and getting life in prison, or simply accepting death row.
Among the people who agreed was Micheal Stone, up first to test drive the suit during a night time test the goal was to see how well it would move and how much force it could exact on an object.
In order to keep Micheal in line and not just see him run off into the night with the suit they implemented several failsafes, including a tightly fitted electronic collar on Micheal himself.
So the night of the test came and outside the testing facility the weather forecast said it would be rain with a thunderstorm, though some scientists had some concerns none said it was reason enough to postpone the testing.
But then disaster as only ten minutes into the testing of the prototype a massive lightning bolt struck the facility, normaly the facility could easily take it and divert the electricity but as witness reports state this bolt was a true freak of nature.
It traveld right through the systems and overloaded nearly everything, before the overload went up through the suits power supply and fried both the suit and Micheal alive.
Eye-witness reports state how they could see Micheal getting electrified for over two minutes flat, apperantly his shock collar had freaked out and was the cause for his prolonged overload.
In the end the smell of burnt flesh hung in the air, and when everything came back online Micheal showed no signs of life ... for atleast a whole minute.
Before there suddenly was life again, his heart came back and bain activity started again ... before the scientists realized to their horror that the event had destroyed all their fail safe systems.
When realizing this Micheal made his move and broke free, killing several armed guards and harming dozens more even going so far as to throw an APC through a wall.
It was then that scientists discovered that the event had ensured a sort of fusion between Micheal and the suit, which in turn enhanced its functions even more but also ensured the suit was Micheal's only means of survival.
Ever since that day Micheal has died as he has taken on the new name of Jager, a specialized villian for hire an assassin capable of fighting heroes and others alike.
Powers, Skills, and Attributes
Powers
Power 1 - Cloaking, the specter suit enables light bending cloaking to take place. This cloaking is only disrupted when attack in voilent ways.
Power 2 - Overcharge, the lightning that struck him seems to have left him with the uncanny ability to overcharge his body to fight even harder.
Skills
Skill 1 - Gunplay & sword play, after spending time self teaching and using his other skills hes become quite the adapt fighter.
Skill 2 - Special ops training, he's as capable when preforming assassination or recon from stealth to assault he has experienced it all.
Skill 3 - Sniping, during his time with special ops Jager has often used high caliber sniper rifles meaning he can be effective long and short range.
Attributes
Attribute 1 - Skilled tactician, even though the incident has left him rather unhinged Jager is still a very capable tactician able to plot out even the most difficult of missions.
Attribute 2 - Highly enhanced speed and strength, able to stand his own with other meta's but it requires a lot of energy.
Gear and Equipment
Gear
Weapons - Dual titanium and questionite coated blades, combined with dual energy pistols. As well as having several micro bombs which can be set to a varity of explosive types.
Armor - The specter-9 prototype suit, it was designed to be a special ops operative's best friend. Able to take high punnishment be they elemental or physical while also enabling a broad operation range, the suit can work safely at crushing depths and still preform optimal at artic temperatures. It also comes equiped with a broad spectrum of scanners, from regular night vission to thermal to even magnetic. The suits primary purpose is user survival as such it also holds a self generating nano machine medical bay, this bay supply's the user with antibiotics, morphine, adrenalin and a whole list of other aids. The armor enhances speed and strength, both by using specialized motors in the limbs and by running a mild electric stimulante through the user body tensing their muscle structure to optimal performance. The final function of the armor is to provide a cloaking device, this device bends light around the armor however it takes to much energy and as such cant be maintained in combat. It also cannot hide drawn weapons.
Gadget - Directional microphone, a later added tool added to the helmet unit enables him to listen in on long range conversations. Speech device, it seems that after the incident Jager his vocal cords were destroyed this device enables very robotic speech. Deployable camera's, another gadget often found before or after one of his missions a small all surface camera for intel gathering.
