Appearance & Personality
Short and stunted, kinda like a hairless red flying monkey, Crowley isn't anything special to look at. If he seems happy (or as close to happy as a devil can seem) it's because he is, well as close happy as a devil can be. You see he's on the fast track and he knows it. He has his freedom, which is pretty fine for coming from a realm of punishment. All this and he has a goal.

History
Past
This isn't Crowley's first trip to the Detroit / Millenium City area. Twenty five years ago he was in town mentoring a group of impressionables that called themselves the Servants of Kalli. The Servants of Kalli in turn became The Puppets of Kalli, then simply the Puppets. The Puppets are suspected to be one of three groups that eventually merged and became known currently as the Maniacs.
Recent
Recently Crowely has returned from abroad to collect on an old debt. It may be surmised by the goon squad that he is traveling with that abroad means South America and or the Caribbean. According to FBI souces, the Dark Death Gang is the recent amagamation of the remnant of a South American Cocaine family and some small gangs found in Hati, Jamacia, and Puerto Rico. He recently has arrived in Millenium City and singled out Ms. Enchanted as his personal foil.
Plans
Crowley has made a lot of noise about stealing artifacts and buying high tech arms, but his real goal is to strip Ms. Enchanted of her powers. Powers she would not have without his intervention in the lives of her young parents twenty odd years ago. On his first visit to then Detroit, Crowley used a newly learned ability to possess and inhabit the flesh of his followers. Unfortunately his mastery of the spell was, well, limited. As a result Crowley is Ms. Enchanted's spiritual third parent, making Ms. Enchanted something akin to an Avatar. Crowley wants and needs to end the career of Ms. Enchanted. Coveting her powers, to add them to his own, is the definition of want. But Crowley also needs to get this done because his actions 20 some years ago that lead to Ms. Enchanted's genisis are way out of line with Hell's standards of conduct pertaining to potentail preternatural birth in the Realm of man.

Crowley was the name of a familiar for another @Mangle_Paw Pen and Paper Chapions character. That familiar in the hands of his friends was three times as dangerous to his boss as his adversaries were. Those good time inspire this Nemesis.
