The Coalition for Organizing Metahuman Policing and Security Services, more familiarly known as COMPASS, is an organization based in downtown Millennium City. Founded by Rodney "Wheelman" Duelleck in the wake of his resignation from Eternals Incorporated, its aim is two-fold: to become a recognized iconic superteam in its own right, and to work beyond the cape to ensure no powered individual is left behind.
