| One vote per user per month. You must sign your votes (use ~~~~) or provide a link to your user page. Moderators of the PDb will determine the PotM by consensus, and may not place their own nominations. An article only needs one vote to be counted as a nomination. If a page is already spoken for, then you must choose another. Duplicate votes for the same page will be erased. Pages that have been nominated for the previous two (non-themed) months are ineligible. Nominating your own page is allowed. Nominated character articles should have a visual proof that the featured character exists within the Champions Online game. Nomination cutoff occurs at the stroke of midnight on the 1st of the month. | ||

I would like to suggest Sylviana's page for The Page of the Month, July 2014.
