Some 40 miles north of New Detroit is a small vintage observatory.
Though located far from any towns the localized light pollution makes using the still-functional telescope more difficult then it was when first built. It is built on a hill in a wooded area. The Rapters
Genetically modified Teleio-Rapters. There are five, they work as Lab Assistants at the Observatory, and several help in the Bio-Department of the East Briar Institute. Copernicus wears spectacles.
ICARUS
Arganov
An albino alien geneticist, long ago driven mad and now working for a space-faring warlord. He is known for creating supersoldiers, Bio-monsters and abominations, both for pay and simply out of curiosity, in the name of Knowledge.
Icarus was an experimental clone of this man with prototype superpowers.
The Kids
Daedalus

Consuelo
Consuelo Maria Vikomir. Born January 29 2018 at 7.34pm. She is the child of Icarus and Snookums and is paler then both, seeming to take after Icarus' genetics. At three months she managed to telepathicly identify both parents, at four months, she can tentatively communicate with other psionic individuals, Primus agents Oliver and Bai ["Oloo" and "Baa"] when they came to visit the family.
