History
Laquaria's family moved around a lot all the way up through her teen years, only to find out her dad couldn't keep a job because he'd been stealing from companies. Laquaria was the one who turned him in to the authorities, but he stole her college fund and fled the country before he was imprisoned.
Laquaria has given up on finding her father, so she's sworn to stop every other thief she hears of.
