Summary
Wagner is a physically weak, arrogant, and seemingly sadistic teenage boy. While he can be seen as a straight-up villain-in-the-making from those who do not know him, his intentions are in the long-term for the benefit of mankind and the safety and security of the world’s citizens. Socially, he is brutally honest, blunt, and will speak his mind regardless of other people’s opinions or beliefs. He detests magic, and will avoid working alongside it unless absolutely necessary. On the battlefield, he is often ruthless, taking advantage of every opening he can, making him a particularly dangerous opponent. He is a highly skilled engineer and physicist despite his age, something that usually takes people by surprise.
History
“It’s a long and boring story. Not worth telling.” –Albert Wagner, AKA Panzer
Albert Wagner was born on December 12, 1996 to Oskar and Tara Wagner in Spokane, Washington. He was raised by his Godfather, Gordon Wayne, when tragedy struck merely a week after his birth. His biological father, Oskar, had been ousted as an agent of the terrorist organization VIPER and, fearing for her son’s life, the boy’s mother gave him to the extraterrestrial and her closest friend, Gordon. Despite the collapse of a potential family life, Albert flourished in the small town of Spring Falls under the care of Gordon, and it was here that the development of an intelligence not seen since the early 1900s began. By the time he was merely three months old he was walking, and by two years he was reading and able to verbally converse on a level four times his age. During this time, Gordon began to home school the boy, and when he was five he was enrolled to the local academy. Young Albert did not get along well with his fellow students, opting to keep to himself and not “waste time with lesser minds.” This earned him the wrath of his peers, and was ultimately forced to drop out and go to home schooling once more. Albert’s remaining home education was undertaken by local college professors, personal friends of Mr. Wayne who owed him favors. When the boy was ten years of age, the two moved to Millennium City, and so began their superhero careers.

Personality
A very reclusive individual, Albert prefers the company of his creations and comfort of his workshop to the bustling streets of the city. He lacks much in social skills, often being extremely blunt and brutally honest. Because of this, he often comes across as rude or callous. Wagner is also extremely manipulative for a superhero, willing to take advantage of just about any situation for personal benefit if he can get away with it. As a result, his selfish personality and vast intellect make allying with him dangerous, but also has a potential to be very profitable.
Albert's intelligence is seemingly unmatched by his peers. While not the most experienced or as-of-yet knowledgeable scientist around, he’s capable of learning and understanding many things very quickly, and can understand some very advanced concepts with only the basics to connect the dots. Being the genius that he is, however, comes with a price: arrogance. Albert knows his intellect is beyond that of the majority around him, and he feels he may very well be smarter than everyone else. He makes no effort to hide this belief, and will lash out to those who would claim doubt of his towering genius.
Relations
Barricade [Gordon Wayne] (@Albert_Wanger): Godfather, closest friend, and adoptive father. The extra-terrestrial ‘dragon’ has been around since the boy was born, and is the only person he trusts completely. He’s also the only one who can truly, completely control the boy.
Cassandra Armstrong (@Miles_Prower12): Very close friend and ally.
Cannonade [Tarvanas Quartz] (@KalasEruthain): Close friend and ally.
PRIMUS (Paranormal Research and Investigation Mission of the United States): More of a close contact than an actual relation, young Wagner has ties to a couple PRIMUS agents, and is usually willing to cooperate with them.
Enemies
VIPER: The Venomous Imperial Party of the Eternal Reptile (talk about a mouthful). Albert’s entire life, since birth, has somehow been under the shadow of this global collection of madmen, whether directly or indirectly. Kidnapped and/or attacked without provocation numerous times by the organization, they’re at the top of his “to exterminate” list. He hates them to the utter core, and will do anything – anything – to make things hard for them, or completely destroy their efforts in any field.
Doctor Oskar Wagner: A mid-tier VIPER scientist and highly-skilled geneticist. He is Albert’s ultimate enemy. The boy pursues the monster relentlessly, and he is the defining reason for Albert’s hatred of VIPER in general.

Mark V
The Mark V is Albert's most recent design, a rebuild from the ground up, it incorporates an improved power source, new weapons, and for the first time ever, is a series of multiple armours.
Offensive Functions
Palm-mounted Tau Particle Beams: Palm-mounted arrays that utilize Tau particles in a directed beam. These are his primary weapon of choice in combat, as they possess the widest variety of application. By adjustment of velocity, the beams can produce the kinetic impact and penetrating power of a 9mm pistol loaded with rubber bullets, to the destructive potential of a Gauss Gun. The maximum-power setting includes an explosive effect, making a very effective bunker buster weapon.
Chest-mounted Tau Particle Blaster: A much more powerful version of the Tau Beams, it cannot be sustained as a constant beam.
Plasma-Blade Sword: Very simply, a dragonite rod encased in super-heated plasma.
EMP Detonator: An internal electro-magnetic pulse emitter. A one-time-use device, this mechanism ionizes the air around him at a radius of six meters, instantly frying any unprotected electronics. As part of a safety feature, this includes the device that generates it.
Electric Discharge Unit: High voltage (maximum of 30 kV) electrical discharge capability. This can discharge at any point on the body, so long as physical contact is achieved.
Paralyzation Blasters: Two specialized blasters hidden within the fore-fingers that fire a paralyzing chemical agent at the target. The paralyzation effect can last from a few seconds (approx. 15) to several minutes (approx. 10). Level and time of effect are based on the dosage and size of the target,
Directed Sonic/Electromagnetic Wave: A device that fires sonic or electromagnetic pulses; it is built into a ring around the Tau Beam emitters.
Dimensional Disruptor: A specialized device that disrupts the flow of dimensional energies, suspiciously effective against mages, it is built into the gauntlets with the fingers used for aiming and frequency adjustment.
Defensive Functions
Personal Cover Shield: Basic energy shield, hypothetically capable of blocking nearly anything up to a direct nuclear blast.
Energy-Leech Shield: A unique energy shield that encompasses the armour, absorbing energy used to try and damage the armour to power the shield.
Structural Integrity Field: A "skin-tight" redundant shielding that completely encases the armour (as well as encasing the wearer underneath), capable of withstanding an enormous amount of punishment.
Internal Nanite Reassembly Unit: An internal repair function, allowing the systems of the armour to be repaired mid-battle, should any be taken offline.
Inertial Dampener/Life Support System: Provides protection from physical trauma to the pilot, as well as protection from hazardous environments. This allows the suit to be piloted in the vacuum of space or in the middle of a Radioactive Wasteland, at least for a period of time.
Force Field Expansion Module: A device that allows the expansion of the personal force field, as well as project it onto others.
Psionic Supressor: A specialized defense that renders the wearer, or anyone within the projected field virtually immune to telepathic assault, as well as technopathy, and renders such powers supressed.
Utilitarian
Mobility
Propulsion Jets: A pair of jet boosters at the soles of the boots and on the back of the breastplate, these projectors allow for flight up to speeds of ~3000 MPS (meters per second) for up to 168 hours, and can hypothetically maintain 700 KM/H indefinately. These boots are also able to propel the armour through bursts into the air.
Teleporter: A built-in teleportation device, allowing instantanious movement. Range: 1-2000 Meters. If teleporting from an outpost or Armoury, range extends to ~40000 Meters.
Other
Enhanced Strength: Physical strength enhanced due to armour robotics. Maximum Lifting Capacity: ~0.3 Metric Kilotons.
Sensor Array: A vast array of sensory equipment, allowing him to see in every posible visual spectrum, detect countless energy signatures, a very sensetive heart beat sensor, etc.
Tractor Beam: Fitted into the tips of his fingers, the tractor beams can be used to grab, throw, or otherwise manipulate objects (including living things) of virtually any size and shape. Objects are frozen in place by a "skin-tight" force field the beam projects on targets.
Electro-Magnet: Built into the gauntlets, these gadgets allow the projection and manipulation of magnetic fields.
Gravitational Flux Generator: A system designed to manipulate and create gravity wells, it is spread across the arms.
Special
Jet Pack Module: Unique to the Outer Atmosphere/Deep Space Suit, the jet pack boosts armour speeds to acheive atmosphere escape velocity, and propel the armour through the void of space at several times the speed of sound.
Oxygen Tank Module: Unique to the Deep Sea Suit, this module adds an extra 48 hours of air.
Urban Defense Suit
The Urban Defense Suit (UDS) is a small, compact armour built for on-the-go immediate use in a crisis, such as when getting mugged. It has few, yet useful, functions:
Magnetic Lift Field & Compact Folding: The UDS has a very special function, the ability to fold itself into a backpack, and a magnetic lift to render it light enough to carry on a casual day.
Force Field "Armour Plates": Force fields projected above specific locations on the armour, these force fields function similarly to hardlight armour, save for the fact they are invisible.
Personal Cover Shield: While identical to the designs in the other armours, the UDS's cover shield is midly weaker due to an inferior power source.
Point-Blank Electric Discharge Unit
Drachen Mech
There are times when his main armour does not quite have the defenses for an operation, or he needs to hold a position for an extended period of time without any real break. This is where the really big gun comes in.
Offensive Functions
16.4x113mm Gatling Gauss Cannon: Main armament of the Drachen, with rapid fire capability, as well as the ability to alter the firing arc.
Shotgun Atl-Fire: A secondary barrel on the main cannon, functions as a shotgun.
Macro Missile Launcher: A pair of rocket launchers attached to the back.
Tau Particle Beam: Like the main armour, but attached to the left hand exclusively.
Micro Missile Launcher: A tiny rocket launcher on the left hand.
Ionized Particle Discharge Module: A charged ion field erruption from the mech.
Defensive Functions
Structural Integrity Fields & Plate Armour: Redundant external force fields, as well as more underneath the plate armour to protect internal circuitry and the pilot.
Energy Shield
Energy Leech Shield: Similar to main armour design, but slightly stronger due to superior power source.
Internal Circuitry Repair Nanites
Utilitarian
Mobility
Jet Boots: While powerful, the jets do not allow sustained flight, as the mech is not designed for it. Instead, they allow short bursts for high jumping.
Other
Superior Strength: Hydrolics allow for incredible amount of physical strength. Maximum Lifting Capacity (one hand): ~0.5 Metric Kilotons
Behemoth Battledroid
A 100 feet/30.48 meters tall dual-nuclear fission reactor powered giant robot designed to combat kaiju, dubbed the ‘Behemoth Battledroid’.
Offensive Functions
Macro Missile Salvo: An excess of rockets fired from both shoulders, a single salvo containing enough firepower to level a skyscraper.
Eye Laser: Built in conjunction with the ocular sensors, a high powered laser capable of cutting through solid Kendrium at 12 decimeters per second.
Drill Hands: The Battledroid's hands are capable of locking into into a point, making it easier to penetrate to thick hide or armour of other colossal foes.
Defensive Functions
Custom Alloy & Kendrium Plate Armour: Very thick armour plating provides intense protection against damage.
Energy Deflection Shield: Same design as all others, but massively scaled up in size and power.
Utilitarian
Mobility
Jet Feet: Massive jets built into the soles allow for brief bursts of airborne travel. It can jump.
Other
Ultra Strength: Robotics, hydraulics, and magnetic fields allow the colossal construct to move about and fight. Maximum Lifting Capacity: 2.8 Metric Kilotons
Weaknesses
Despite his massive arsenal, even for a hero, Albert is still human and not without flaws.
-Superiority Complex/Pride: Wagner's many accomplishments have made him feel far more powerful and intelligent than he really is, and can easily be provoked into a fight by friend or foe.
-EMP: While his personal armour is shielded by an ungodly quantity of parameters, it is not completely immune. A sufficently powerful EMP can easily ruin his day.
-Physically Fragile: His Achilles’ Heel. Albert weighs only 82 pounds, is only five feet four inches, and is so physically weak he is literally harmless in a fist fight. It’s an effortless endeavor for an average human to dispatch him if caught outside his armour, let alone a superhuman.
-Titans: Very large people (roughly six feet or taller, and possessing an obviously large and powerful build) can make Albert slightly uneasy in normal circumstances, and outright terrify him if hostile, resulting in hesitation.
-Aquaphobia & Claustrophobia: This is pretty self explanatory. Granted, it’s not on a crippling degree, but it is most certainly noticeable.
Admirations
There are a few individuals who Albert looks up to for their capabilities, and aspires to be on an equal level or superior to them in that field. These can be enemies or allies.
Kevin Armstrong (VIPER-X): While he openly insults him, Albert respects Armstrong’s Power Armour piloting skills and trains vigorously to match him equally. While he does win most battles, it is due to technological superiority and blind luck that he defeats VIPER-X. Not his piloting skills.
Masahari Yohi (Tetsuronin): The famous Japanese powered armour hero, and probably Wagner’s only public idol. The boy dreams of the day he may get the chance to work with and learn from the most powerful powered armour hero on Earth.
Role-Play Hooks!
Stuff that can help start RP. Duh.
-Roof-top Resident: frequently hangs along roof-tops in Millennium, either just sitting around, or watching for emergencies. Perhaps you’ve seen him leaning over a dangerously high edge?
-Champions Respond-&-Protect: Frequently signing into the semi-official superhero emergency comm channel. Not hard to get ahold of him here.
-Tech Trade: can occasionally be found in science centers (Inventions Trainers and Ren Cen Science Center). Any great mind in these places had to have seen him browsing or working at least once! Right?
-Frequent Flyer: He’s in the air most of the time, if he’s not in battle. Maybe you had a near collision, or you recognized his form overhead one day?
-Millennium City University: Third year in MCU, and in some of the high-end classes already. Are you a tutor/classmate/professor?
-Harmon Industries: He sometimes visits the corporation headquarters for official business or to help with science projects (when everyone can get past the fact that he’s not even old enough to drive yet). Chances are employees have seen him poking around, or shouting at the “incompetent” science teams.
-PRIMUS/UNTIL Nuisance: It’s normal for him to show up in facilities owned by national and international anti-super crime organizations. Most often, he’s annoying officers about nearby VIPER activity, or otherwise getting in the way. Perhaps you’ve seen him getting yelled at.
-VIPER Sniper: Where there’s VIPER, there’s likely a Panzer. He’s notorious for being near, or right smack inside VIPER Nests, taking the fight to the enemy.
Tropes
It had to be done.

Badass Family - He's a supergenius with powered armour, his surrogate father (and his subsequent boyfriend) is a space-dragon/Kaiju. All under the same roof.
Dangerously Genre Savvy - He has that wonderful gift known as common sense, and he isn't afraid to use it. He's also read the Evil Overlord's List.
Mysterious Past - Subverted. He won't talk about it, because it sounds ridiculous and sue-ish to him, but his 'father' is more than willing to share.
Awesome, but Impractical - He spends a lot of his free time designing some pretty weird gadgets that either wouldn't work, or there are much easier and less expensive means of going the same route.
Awesome, Yet Practical - His weapons. They all work, and either make explosions, a laser light show, or both.
Shoulders of Doom - His armour shoulder paldrons are actually pretty big. They also house his rockets.
Walking Armoury - While not as many armaments onboard as previous models, his armour still houses several different weapons.
More Dakka - The Drachen Mech.
Humongous Mecha - Because the best solution for giant monsters is equally giant robots.
No Kill Like Overkill - He does this every chance he gets. Why? Because it's fun. When he can't...
Deadpan Snarker - He always has to have the last word. Always. Granted, he does have his moments...
Jerk With A heart of Gold - He'll insult you, berate you, and probably even threaten you. But he'll also be one of the first to get between you and that very mean and evil person that really wants to kill you.
Archnemesis Dad - His biological father is a very less than friendly geneticist in employ of VIPER.
Missing Mom
Nerves of Steel - Even to those that may legitimately frighten him, it is still very hard to illicit such a resonse from him.
The Chessmaster - And a decent one at that, for a "hero."
Freeman For A Day Card - While this is largely owed to his tactical genius and the power of his armour, Albert has had his fair share of fighting marathons, and won most of them.
Voice With An Internet Connection - He's slowly moving off the field and into this.
Comments & Rumors
This kind of section is used by more higher-profile or liked characters, but considering the growing fad I had to give it a try myself.

"He's really serious for a kid his age. He's going to die young from a heart attack or something. Pretty sweet armor, though!" -Dobergirl
"Al has a weeeeird homelife, what with the space dragons and the serious VIPER hate and the armor building and all. But I guess that makes sense since he's kind of weird. Might be the other way around though. It's hard to tell these days." - Nightfang
