Overview
COMPASS, fully known as the Coalition for Organizing Metahuman Policing and Security Services, is an organization based in downtown Millennium City that facilitates social services and human resources for metahuman and non-empowered clients within the superhero community. Members of COMPASS also operate as recognized superheroes in their own right, and may do so on their own or as representatives of the the group.
The Team
The Coalition's membership primarily consists of heroes who operate near-exclusively at the city level. As a supergroup, COMPASS personnel are fielded to conduct routine urban patrols and respond to broadcast emergencies, assisting authorities (such as the MCPD) as needed. Members may also conduct public relations on behalf of the team, whether in or out of costume-- most commonly involving outreach to the general public.
