The man was identified as Dio Tolaris, an extradimensional entity of significant power. Summary: Fealty's encounter with the creature known as the Mullo. The creature is described as tall, gangly and made of a black, wormlike tissue that seems to separate and move of its own accord. It wields a large mace and possesses enough strength to carve writing into walls with a claw. It is already known to kill, due to the murder of the individual Fealty saw it chasing but it also seems to be of some basic morals, that is saved children according to some witnesses. Fealty ends her report with the statement that "It is real, and it is a killer."
