Origins

A simply massive female lupine manimal; Valeena Raishe was once a member of a Task Force of U.N.T.I.L. and formerly a regular human. And male. Whilst officially it lists her original name, Dominik Varlen, as having been 'killed in action' there was a leader of U.N.T.I.L. who wanted to create some super-soldiers of her own to bolster their ranks and render superheroes obsolete. Dominik was one of those 'volunteers', and by 'volunteer' they were drugged and dragged into a Black Facility (off the grid, unofficial, and hidden) where experiments were performed upon them.

The result was Valeena Raishe; a massively large and imposingly powerful female lupine, possessing feats of superhuman strength, endurance, and durability. Bullets simply shrugged off of her, explosions barely phased her, and her immense size, bulk and weight allowed her to create kinetic explosions so powerful it sent people flying even several meters away from the impact site. And how did she 'thank' her former employers for changing her into a 'weapon of mass destruction'?

By either stomping them, eating them, or backhanding them into piles of red mist. She escaped the facility, and this ambitious leader of U.N.T.I.L. was disgraced, and a warrant was placed for her arrest but she evaded capture.

Now

Nowadays Valeena is far more tame.. no longer eating people (as often) and mainly idles around Caprice, toying with either her giant-sized phone or just watching people. Trying to put some normalcy into her life after that woman nearly destroyed it. She has been reported as 'active' in all regions in which Omega-class threats have been reported operating within, as well as having been present in the city during the Blood Moon pulverizing waves of undead with her giant hammer-gauntlets. Though word has been circulating that Valeena may be getting recruited to lead a team in a superhero organization.. though that, at current? Is a rumor, at best.

Powers

A titanically powerful manimal; Valeena Raishe has been documented displaying feats of titanic levels of strength as well as durability to match, her physique is also similar in terms of how much stamina she possesses. Her sheer size allows her to cover ground that would take others hours to cross she's able to cover in only a fraction of the time (being a giant was sometimes beneficial!) Whilst her agility and ability to shrug of non-physical damage is rather poor. Due to her manimal DNA she has both an extremely acute sense of hearing and smell for a canine of her size.. which often allows her to detect individuals nearby regardless of how strong their invisibility or disguising techniques may be.. they have to counter her sense of smell to get around it!

She is strong-willed, stubborn and a bit resilient to attempts at mental domination! Though stronger telepaths can still dominate her will if their powers are strong enough (individuals such as Menton, for example). She's been brawling for years with only her fists and feet and as such is very competent in close-quarters combat, though she lacks any potentially long-range projectile attacks but has been observed slamming her fists repeatedly into the ground to create massive shockwaves to damage foes who prefer to keep a distance from her powerful fists. She has above-average intelligence and intuition, usually able to 'feel' if someone is holding something from her and is intelligent enough to do rather complex problem-solving if given enough time. Though her charisma is sadly lacking, as she's more of a 'get it done' person and usually doesn't have the patience or time to deal with people whom reveal insecurities or what she considers 'liability-causing phobias'.
