What follows is the tentative makeup of the proposed Adventurers Academy

Adventurer Academy

Is it a school?

• The appetite seems to be for a formal school with a secret program
• Less interest in it being an apprenticeship only for heroes

Are students registered superhumans?

• DOSPA (Department of Superhuman and Paranormal Affairs) is aware of the school.
  • The school has an agreement with DOSPA to offer ASPRA-style registration to its students, with certain limitations:
    • The jurisdiction is local to Millennium City and surrounding counties, only.
    • the records of superhuman students must be open to PRIMUS whenever it has a warrant.
    • the school must immediately inform PRIMUS if a student has violated the terms of registration
    • Students will be required to file after-action reports if they

(i) engage another superhuman, (ii) act upon their law enforcement authority in any way. (iii) cause any property damage while using their authority.

Students or Apprentices

• Teenage students
• Maybe young adults?
• Students may get occasional pair-ups with Adventurers

Do students graduate into Adventurers?

• Not necessarily.
• Adventurers team is still meant to be small. Cannot take more.
• Proposal: drop all students every one in a while at the end of a 'term', have them reapply?
