Chuck Anderson was an American astronaut who, along with his co-pilot Richard Linebaugh, were on a deep space mission when their ship was caught in a worm hole and flung across the galaxy. His body was devastated by the journey but he was rescued by a a group of slavers that routinely captured aliens and augmented them to be sold to the Malvan gladiator arena. They had never seen a human before. The result is not pretty. He eventually escaped his alien overlords and joined the Red Guard before finally being able to return to earth where he joined the Death Squad.

Dor's teleportation range and capacity is limited only by the amount of electricity he is able to convert.
