...and let slip the Dog of War

Captured on Monster Island and transported to an ARGENT laboratory in Millennium City only to be subesquently rescued by Professor Zack Zapperoni, Julius (also known as Dog of War) found himself learning to cope in an urban jungle.

With the Professor's help he was able to learn more of the City and the world. His education was swift due to the various brain surgeries he had undergone while in ARGENT's hands.

Deciding to remain and aid the Professor, Julius joined Science Heroes Against Felonious Threats; mainly acting as a bodyguard for the Professor but also carrying out missions where required.

Julius uses a device provided by Zapperoni to give him exceptional running speed, and also utilises his natural agility.

Years later however he was doused in draysha fluid during a VIPER attack while visiting a friend Downtown. The interaction of the two chemicals in his system gave him the increased strength and agility of the qularr aliens. Deciding to put his new abilities to use, he joined the growing ranks of heroes protecting the city as Bug Boy.
