Discription
A 15 foot in diameter giant floating mechanical eye. Metal is usually silver with a single red eye. Has various changing tentacle limbs that protrude from the back like optic nerves. These nerves connect to other machines for him to control. Usually in dark mechanical rooms under red light to appear more menacing.

Story
It was the leader/operator of Sky City which over looked the humans of Dice City Below. A human oppressor. Eye enters a giant Robot body when fighting. He was the one who built the ultimate body, Genos, but was trying to get it to work. During a fight at Sky City Rave came across it then stole it. Rave then used the Genos to defeat him. Later Eye would return using Gully's dimension body that proves the level of his cunning and power.
