Ryan Oxford, aka The Chemist is the leader of The Chemical Boyz, a growing street gang based out of Millenium City and aspiring super villain. With his recent acquisition of the CB-4 Human Growth Serum he has taken one step closer to achieving this goal.

Appearance

Ryan Oxford cuts a very striking figure, in a psychotic-punk kind of way. Tall, incredibly conditioned and charismatic it's not hard to imagine him being successful in many fields other than petty crime, but then his clothing usually deters that thought from entering most peoples minds. He's fond of clothes bearing the colours of his gang that also show off his physique so he's usually somewhat underdressed no matter what company he's in.

Personality

Since his use of CB-4, The Chemist has become more and more mentally unstable as the serum mutated his brain chemistry. As of his last psychological assessment he is considered an antisocial psychopath; completely uncontrollable and working far outside the realm of societal logic. Despite this, he is still a cunning adversary, in fact his shattered mind seems to have made him even more apt at strategic planning.
