basic description
This compassionate, kind-hearted woman's rounded eyes are the color of the deepest ocean blue. Her neck-length, straight, silky hair is the color of sapphires, and is worn in a french braid. She has an athletic figure, She has combat powers that are invoked by touching her enchanted weapons with her bare hands, and Her costume is blue and cyan in even proportions and conceals a variety of non-lethal cosmic cerulean weapons.
History
born in a far away dimension called "the realm of the cerulean castle" during what sapphire's people call "the era of cerulean technology", or "the age of cerulean tech" for short, sapphire cyanis was born into the ninth of the eleven canyons of her realm, immediately making her a lower-upper-class citizen, as the way it worked was, there were eleven canyons, each with a level of class, one being the lowest class and eleven being almost the highest class, second only to the rulers of the entire realm in the gigantic cerulean castle in the center of all the canyons, literally big enough to be seen from anywhere in the realm. anyways, sapphire was a smith specializing in cosmic cerulean, the indestructible-by-anything-on-earth-but-solid-questionite metal only found at all in sapphire's realm, and in great quantities at that. you could find cosmic cerulean anywhere, from the outer space of the dimension, to the ground beneath the feet of sapphire's people. sapphire especially specialized in magical weapons, but she only ever made weapons with magical enchantments preventing them from harming organic matter beyond the magi-electrical shocks that caused the victim to be knocked out for several hours that were an effect woven into the weapons by magic. now sapphire's world was ruled by a patriarchal society, and most men weren't approving of sapphire's profession, or the fact that none of her weapons actually killed. sapphire was actually pretty much hated by quite a few of the important men of the realm (the king not being one of them of course, for he was a kind old soul), though none of them would dare try to kill her, due to the specialized weapons she created just for herself, which upon grasping them with her bare hands, gave her knowledge of weapon use of some of the greatest masters in weaponry of her world, which she had devoted years to collecting magically just for her weapons. i know what you're thinking, why didn't they just put gloves on her? however, sapphire's realm was constantly warm and sunny, and putting gloves on someone was only used if the gloves were fingerless, or for torture, as it was sincerely that hot in sapphire's realm. non-fingerless gloves were usually a sign of a criminal, and any sign of them on sapphire's hands would turn the women of the realm against whoever put sapphire in the gloves, as though the men hated sapphire, the women and children were very big fans of her, due to her stance against killing, and her weapons which were completely incapable of it. now as it turned out, sapphire was also a bit of a scientist, always finding new ways of using cosmic cerulean. one night, after watching the dimensions pass in and out of focus during the cosmic anomaly that happened once a year in which all the cosmic cerulean interacted with the realm's dimensional walls, thinning them to the point of opening a small portal that was able to view dimensions through, but not able to travel through, sapphire got an idea. she immediately set to work collecting the largest amount of cosmic cerulean she had ever used, and used the next year to work on her greatest project, a device powered by magic that would allow sapphire to travel through the dimensional walls of her realm, to the other dimensions she had seen. even with all the metal she used and the magic that was enchanted into it, she would only be able to use it once a year, due to the way the dimensional walls around her realm were created. so when the time to use the device was within two weeks, sapphire was just about done. now her work hadn't gone unnoticed, and sapphire never tried to hide it either. unfortunately, the men of sapphire's realm didn't see this as a scientific breakthrough like sapphire did. they saw it as a way to get rid of sapphire, though they didn't understand the machine's workings in the least. when the time came for sapphire to try her machine, all of the women and children of the ninth canyon had come to watch her and wish her good luck. unbeknownst to them, the rest of the men, or sapphire though, several of the men who hated sapphire had hired several men who messed with the machine, causing it's destination to change from the next dimension over, to a dimension on the far side of the group of dimensions within range of sapphire's realm. when sapphire activated the machine, there was a large bang that wasn't supposed to happen, and sapphire was transported on a violently bumpy ride to the CO universe, where upon arriving she spent several months learning to fit in, and acting as an emissary between earth and sapphire's realm, though unbeknownst to sapphire's people, as sapphire was trapped on earth until she could repair her device, which was next to impossible, as no cosmic cerulean existed at all on earth, and sapphire would need to learn facts about the dimension that it's people itself didn't know. so, sapphire designed a costume and a flying device powered by magic and made out of several bags of cerulean dimes she had brought with her, and became yet another superheroine in a dimension of them.

weakness(es)
sapphire knows absolutely nothing about weapon use without touching one or more of her weapons with her bare hands, and as such never uses non-fingerless gloves, even when it's cold. her weapons cannot kill or harm anything living beyond a strong but non-lethal magi-electric shock no matter what, because of the enchantments woven into them upon creation. also, due to her home dimension being so warm so often, sapphire is weak to extreme cold, and had never seen snow before coming to earth.
