It looks like September is a blank slate of a month, since we might have lost all the PotM votes. There was a good spread of nominations that I can vaguely remember.<br>I think, though, that until people can set up their pages again and we can get the PotM system set up as per the brainstorm on archiving and voting, should probably suspend operations of this function for a bit. <small>PS: I'll try remaking that reference box with the winners again soon, if no one's already working on it.</small> --Epelesker (talk) 00:29, 7 September 2013 (MST)

*Nominations for PotM are usually counted on the 7th of every month.
:Actually it's not all gone. I grabbed a Google text only version from just a few days (day?) before the site poofed - I'll be putting that all back in there (although it may be just in raw text form) when I have a chance. At least it holds all the data. The page currently has what it has (and is so old) because that's the last code version that Google had. The code for the reference box I think is gone, however - but Google shows what it looks like at least. Destructor (talk) 06:24, 7 September 2013 (MST)

::There we go - the text at least is back in. Of course I don't think the respective contestants for this month have their pages uploaded yet, but that's another matter entirely. Spread the word! :A possible need to look at the voting system itself. There's no easy way around this, but IMO there's a certain weakness to public nominations where we either have near-unanimous decisions or the same page being pushed several months in a row because it barely missed "winning". --Epelesker (talk) 01:16, 8 September 2013 (MST)

::I happen to agree to be honest. Yes, I realize that this is a public voting box and I realize that there's little that can be done to make people to vote for new pages every month, but... I dunno. Destructor (talk) 07:33, 8 September 2013 (MST)

Seeing as the page seems to have garnered the most votes for September's round, I managed to salvage Astromancer's page from cache, though there's no image files. --Epelesker (talk) 13:46, 9 September 2013 (MST)
