Creator Notes
- Cloudcrown is a callback to the CoH caracter that I consider to be my first RP concept, Cumulatrole-- a teenaged mutant that had the ability to turn completely into a cloud-like vapor form. CO's version would be much older than the original.
- He's intended to be a little bit more of a parody hero in some respects.
