Story
A cultured octopus chef girl who is a complete klutz but a pro with a knife. She has two eyes but is the similarity of a four-eyed dork. We believe her clumsy disaster prone nature is due to the thick one-eyed goggles she never takes off. She does not have tentacles for hair. That is a pet octopus that lives under her big hat. Only she can speak to the octopus and believes she herself is truly an octopus. Her skin is not blue but can change colors like an octopus. The monster girl appearance is really just part of her costume gimmick.
We also believe her powers come from the octopus who live on her head. She found this octopus at the bay while bathing near chemical run off. It immediately made it's home on top of her head and has been sipping toxic ink into her brain slowly over time. She and octopus now share similar stretching powers and it aids her as extra arms. But Mei is not really a fighter, she use it to multitask domestic stuff.
She looks up with the goggles that make her eyes looks huge and smooshed together is kinda cute. She is sort of a Velma type who doesn't really recognize how hot she actually looks. Kinda chubby growing up and wasn't always hot till glowed up. She became an internet sensation which she started by live stream cooking. She can cook really good but is really clumsy which messes her up. But in all honesty guys only tune into her stream because she is thick and might get messy in an incident here and there. However she is completely unaware and it even shocked her when the other Rave girls told why she has such a huge audience. Not really what she intended but would later give in to acting for her fans.

She wouldn't have blue skin in a cinematic recreation but may look slightly shiny from a mixture of chemicals and sweat. Leaning towards making her appear more human than monster girl.
Because of her octopus like powers and stretching abilities she needs to stay wet particularly for her skin. Not necessarily constantly needing water to breathe but has to stay moisturized to be on land. Usually spends all her time at a pool, indoor pool or hot tub. Would prefer a resort or room close water. Or always in the kitchen were she always appears to be sweating. Special moisturizers have been invented for her to appear less wet but stay hydrated longer. This is why the indoor pools are not a luxury but a necessary accomodations for the girls that prefer to live in water. Under these houses usually have water ways that connect and lead out to bodies of water.

- Dumb Immunity/Dummy Thicc Immunity - Rubber immunity to most low level physical attacks
- Ink Blast - Kinda useless power unless it gets into your eyes, can squirt colorful ink that messes up any decor and really bad for cloths. Or maybe it works better underwater as a sort of smoke screen but still useless.
- Give Them Some Sugar - Grapple that can easily suffocate foe. She can probably put ink in somebody eyes before smothering them.
