Basic Information
The Serpent Master is one of VIPER's most feared metahuman operatives. This is not only due his incredible level of strength and speed, his ability to rapidly heal, or the fact he is among VIPER's most well trained agents. It is due to his vast intelligence, which easily ranks at the genius level. It is this intelligence that allows him to develop highly detailed plans not only in advance, but in the middle of an operation.

Rather little is known, or wholly agreed on, by both Law Enforcement and the general public of the Serpent Master's origins or identity. What is known is that he is a superhuman that has been in VIPER's employ for almost two decades. He is widly believed to be a successful result of one of VIPER's super soldier programs.
