- dojo in London which taught the styles of Daitō-ryū Aiki-jūjutsu.
- At eighteen the dojomaster rewarded him with his black belt, 1st Dan in Daito, Jujutsu, Aikido, Judo, Kenjutsu, Kendo, Iaijutsu, and Iaido.
