Background
Only recently has Primus caught wind of Miss Nero's exploits as a person of extraordinary ability. She hasn't registered, and as such only limited information is available about her skills in this official file.
Born November 16th, 1994 at Providence Medical Center, Riley Nero is an average freshman at Oak Park High School which she joined with a 3.2 GPA from 8th grade, where she is doing well in Physical Education, and English. More importantly is her well documented time with the US National Gymnastics team, where she placed well, but didn't make it on the Olympic team for Beijing, her coaches wrote in her official file for the team, "It doesn't seem like Riley is doing the best that she can, like she's holding back in her performance. She's amazingly talented and has a good build for gymnastics, but her performance in competition often wavers, leading the coaches to believe it's a potential confidence issue." That was the last report listed before her departure. It's likely that her gymnastics skills are part of her repertoire.
She's been spotted on traffic camera running unusually fast, but not as fast as other hero's, potentially due to her development, this is how we suspect she gets into and out of the city.
Powers and Abilities
Upon inital reports it appears that Miss Nero's special abilities are based upon her gymnastic skill, and potentially her unusual speed. This likely gives her excellent balance and evasion from opponents potential assaults. More research and monitoring of this subject are required.
Weaknesses and Limits
Being young and potentially lacking confidence, Miss Nero's biggest weakness will likely be her underdeveloped skill and lack of experience out in the real world.
Affiliations
Reports from Oak Park High state that Riley is a former member of the cheerleading squad, no other current affiliations are known.
Initial Psyche Profile
On the one hand, Miss Nero is from a good school with hard working honest parents, so she may be very well adjusted as stated by her teachers. On the other hand she may be harboring some bitterness at missing the 2008 US Olympic team, which may cause her to lash out at authority given the opportunity. The fact that she hasn't registered officially with PRIMUS however shows potential for going down the wrong path.
Other Investigations
The NSA reports recent activity from Miss Nero's home computer of looking for antique Japanese swords. It would appear she is looking for training or to purchase these weapons. This may play into her role as a person of extraordinary ability.

We are monitoring Miss Nero's activity as possible, and will potentially want to bring her in for questioning should her activities continue.
