Background and Origin
Birth
Rekkles was born on March 12th, 2367 in a Scientific Laboratory in greater downtown of the supercity, Los Angeles. The laboratory was built specifically for generating genetically modified humans in gestation pods to file specialized roles in society. Rekkles' gestation pod was commissioned by the Police Department of Cyberdata Defense to create experimental humans designed to be able to combat terrorism threats in both the physical and Cyberspace realms.
Heritage/Parentage.
Rekkles' DNA was taken from two unknown subjects and genetically modified on site. Her parentage is technically N/A. Though she wasn't the only test subject in this field, she grew up with 'siblings'/'classmates'.
Powers, Skills, and Attributes
Powers

Attributes
Attribute 1 - Attributes are physical or mental traits, separate from powers in most cases, though possibly enhanced by them.
Attribute 2 - Attributes can be things such as flexibility, or being naturally acrobatic, or good eye-hand coordination perhaps.
Attribute 3 - Again, like the last two, if you have no use for it, delete this section. You can also ALTER the section if there is something missing that you would find more fitting.
Gear and Equipment
Gear
Weapon - Two company issue pistols; Glock 17 Mk VI laser variant.
Armor - > Exo-Cybersuit Teken HkMk XIII: a skin-tight combat Cybersuit made of a mix of materials. Has extra padding on her torso, abdomen and thighs. Can stop solid and laser bullets up to a specific threshold, though will still be bruised. Most sharp hand-held objects that don't have a power source to increase it's damage (i.e., chainsaw/circle-saw/hedge trimmer style blade or super heated weapons) usually won't penetrate the material.
> Portable Teken Hardlight shield: A small wrist device that when activated, casts a shield of hard-light capable of deflecting nearly all matter from passing through. Excessive blockage can cause it to overheat and require a brief cooldown.
Gadget - > Her eyes have cybernectic implants that can, on command, tell the dimensions of an object, person or space (room). It also has a heat and night vision function.
> Her right arm up to the shoulder socket is 100% cybernetic prosthetic replacement, the back of her cyberhand's wrist has a function that will project a virtual screen she can interact with. It can access the cyberspace, save data and control certain parts of her implants, including her eyes and her Exo-Cybersuit. Currently while back in time (present CO verse time) her cyber-screen cannot access the cyberspace or internet (yet).
