Powers
Ancient Rituals - Thanks to his years of study, Kepri is capable of performing a number of useful rituals utilizing Ancient Egyptian Sorcery. These rituals all require extended periods of time to activate, with the more powerful ones requiring sacrifices in the form of flesh, blood, or expensive reagents. His most frequent rituals are the Circle of Storm Calling, which allows his to control storm clouds and their lightning for a short time; the Oath of Empowerment, which makes his other Rituals activate faster as well as making boosting the power of his spells; and the Sorcerous Circle, which allows him to utilize his most powerful blasts as well as granting him a well of mystic energy to use.
Sorcery Blast - Kepri's frequent practice of this spell makes him a master of the craft, utilizing many different shapes and sizes of blasts. Long, Short, Big, Small, Double, Single, Triple, and Explosive are all frequent types that Kepri combines on the fly to create powerful ranged combos.
Mystic Healing - While Kepri cannot resurrect the dead, he can heal away some serious wounds and broken bones if they're caught in time thanks to his healing spells. As a normal human, Kepri is decently fragile. To mitigate this, he has become a healer and serviceable medic in a pinch.
Skills
Occult Knowledge - Reclaimer is familiar with many magical creatures and beings, especially Pantheons and their Deities. He cannot inherently sense Celestial or Demonic Beings, but he is capable of actively manipulating and analyzing sources of energy over a period of time. Using this technique, Reclaimer can often uncover frequent dens of certain creatures or beings. Combining this knowledge with his studies of Archeology, History, and Culture also makes Reclaimer a sort of curator of all legendary relics or artifacts native to magic on Earth. He may not know their actual abilities but often he can recite their stories from memory.
Investigation Talent - Thanks to Kepri's great mind, analysis and detail work comes easy to him. While he can't reconstruct a crime scene inside of his head like a movie, he is capable of doing the calculations necessary to discern details, like exactly how many pairs of individuals' shoes are in a massive grouping of footprints or what angle a bullet would have had to fire from in order to hit a target from over 600 yards out through cover. Using these details, he's often able to extrapolate conclusions average people would miss.
Mental Fortitude - Ever since he was a child, Kepri never knew when to quit. In the streets of Cairo as a child, Kepri was famous for taking on any number of opponents no matter how bad the beating. While his exterior was beaten and bloody, his mind remained hard as steel. Now reinforced with Sorcery, his resistance to telepathy, mind control, and mental attacks is formidable to say the least. However, most well trained or overly talented Psychics can find their way through with some prolonged digging.
Abilities (ICON)
Prowess - Average Human [3]. Prowess is the measure of a character's expertise in close combat. When kicking, punching, stabbing, or otherwise fighting in close quarters, Kepri isn't much better than a normal human. He has never received proper hand-to-hand combat training or weapon training of any kind, making him weak compared to many other Capes.
Coordination - Above-Average Human [4]. Coordination is the measure of a character's agility and dexterity. When shooting, throwing, dodging, balancing, or otherwise employing agility, dexterity, or coordination, Kepri is considered pretty accomplished. He regularly flies around by using telekinesis to surf massive rocks or storm clouds through the air at roughly 30 m/ph. He is capable of pulling off flips and is practiced in landing from heights of up to 15ft.
Strength - Average Human [3]. Strength is the measure of a character's physical strength and endurance. When lifting heavy objects, determining damage with melee or thrown attacks, or otherwise engaged in activities relying on physical power. Your Strength level also affects your ability to withstand damage. Kepri doesn't get very far using just his brawn, usually only capable of lifting between 135 and 175 pounds without Telekinesis.
Intellect - Peak Human [6]. Intellect is a measure of the character's intelligence. When attempting to invent, solve a problem, learn, or otherwise use smarts, Kepri is considered a Genius. Given enough time and resources, Kepri can usually think his way around most problems even without Sorcery. For example, Kepri began speaking Arabic at just 1 year old, fully learned English within two months, and now is fluent in Russian, French, and eight other Ancient Dialects and Lexicons.
Awareness - Peak Human [6]. Awareness is a measure of the character's intuition and perceptiveness. When attempting to sense danger, spot something, recognize a hunch, or otherwise work on instinct rather than analyzing a situation, Reclaimer is known to be a practiced expert. Kepri's eye sight is excellent but his talent at detection is nearly outmatched by other humans. Any imperfect invisibility, foot steps, or silhouette is usually spotted by Kepri even outside of his armor. His reaction time is impressive, allowing him to react to most visual stimuli at 13 milliseconds and block most attacks within 490 milliseconds when at his limit.
Willpower - Exceptional Human [5]. Willpower is a measure of the character's mental strength and force of personality. It also deals with issues of will or using powers of the mind and influences social interaction like making an impression on people. Kepri is not only resilient to physical and mental effects but he is known to be highly personable, often found making friends and conversing at many bars in the city. Psychics or other magic users attempting to affect his mind will struggle to do so, but his physical body is much weaker if you can bypass his armor.
Gear and Equipment
Armor
Healm of Anubis - Grants Kepri instant Telekinesis on par with Low Level Superhumans, capable of lifting up to a ton or 2000lbs of material at any time. Also allows Anubis to communicate with Kepri directly by offering advice or guidance during important missions. Anubis bestowed this to Kepri to guide him on his missions.
Bastet's Cuirass of Champions - Protects Kepri from most high level curses and plagues as well as some common poisons. When worn, grants Kepri enough durability to survive getting thrown through up to two brick walls at time without breaking any bones in a prolonged fight. Bastet made Kepri this armor to help protect him from harm so that he may protect Egypt's lost culture.
The Ennead Ankh - This Ankh amulet shows Kepri the general locations of lost or stolen Egyptian Relics. He never receives a precise location, instead it operates more like a compass with a fluctuating North. Without the use of Sorcery, the Ankh is completely worthless.
Talons of Set - The clawed gauntlets give Kepri the instinctive knowledge of tactics and strategy of Set while in combat and allow him to slash at any foes who get too close. Those who have killed innocents are unable to escape the grip of these gauntlets unless they have also bled. Set gave Kepri these claws to punish those who stole from the Ancients and the Gods.
Osiris' Horizon Cloak - A wonderful gift from Osiris, this cloak allows Kepri to move completely silently and also functions as a magic pocket portal to an inventory, accessible only by whoever currently wears the cloak. Osiris gave Kepri this cloak to aid him throughout his travels, making his burdens almost nonexistent.

ANUBIS
Anubis is an Ancient Egyptian Diety of Death. Known as The Embalmer or The Guide of Souls, Anubis works with Kepri to protect and avenge the ruins and graves that were robbed over the centuries by foreigners and raiders. While somewhat cold and distant, Anubis acts as a mentor and guide to Reclaimer.
BASTET
Bastet is an Ancient Egyptian Diety of Protection and The Sun. She is known as The Defender of Ra and Guardian of Lower Egypt. She treats Kepri well, often praising his efforts through Anubis' Helm.
SET
Set is the Ancient Egyptian God of storms, deserts, foreigners, disorder and violence. He is also one of the nine most powerful Ancient Egyptian Gods, known as The Ennead. While Set is usually the one creating chaos and guarding foreigners, he has since changed his opinion after his temples were robbed of their ancient weapons and items. He only sees Kepri as another weapon to wield, so the two are distant.
OSIRIS
Osiris is the Ancient Egyptian King of The Dead, God of Fertility, Vegetation, Resurrection, and Agriculture. He is also a leading member of The Ennead, the nine most powerful gods of the Ancient Egyptian Pantheon. Osiris is often busy running the Egyptian afterlife but when he does communicate with Reclaimer, he does so warmly and kindly.

Webcrawler, formerly the famous Red Spider, is a hero swinging the streets of Millennium City alongside the Super Group known as The Adventurers. She's a seasoned hero with a decade under her belt whom Reclaimer has taken a shine to. When she's not going on patrol or running ops with her crew, you might find her relaxing in the City Center.

The secretive member of The Adventurers is none other than La Sombra, the teleporting shroud! While she and Reclaimer met only for a short time, the two seem to be fast friends capable of cracking a few jokes over a couple drinks.

Sooner or later, you realize the whole world is run from behind screens. The super hacker Blue Fox is just the hero you need to defend you from all the cyber threats looming around online. Even off screen, the techno-genius of The Adventurers is capable of incredible physical feats of strength and agility! Reclaimer admires his skill and talent and the two seem to share common ground on many important issues.

THE ARCHIVIST
A rich and powerful collector from Britain, Hillary Fultan is more than happy to be called The Archivist, the greatest private collector in all of London, England. However, most of her collection is stolen from the temples and ruins she wrongfully raided with her shady expeditions. While after The Ennead Ankh, she was defeated by Reclaimer. For now, she's gathering strength. Soon, though, she will have her revenge. The Archivist always comes to collect!
