SUBJECT HISTORY

Subject was born Quincy Marie Jones on April 25th of 1986 in Roanoke, VA. Her father, Niklas Braun (Super Hero: Mr. Atlas), was unaware of her existence. Her mother, Veronica Jones (Super Villain: Miss Disaster, now Super Hero: Mrs. Atlas), held full custody of the child. Miss Jones married Harmon James in June of 1986. Mr. James adopted Quincy as his own child. In January of 1994, Veronica faked the death of herself and her daughter. No bodies were found, Death Certificates are on file with the State of Wisconsin.

At this point there are no official records involving Quincy James. Veronica Jones-James took up her Super Villainy again as Miss Disaster, taking Quincy along with her. In August of 1998, Niklas Braun reunited with Veronica Jones-James. Miss Disaster joined the DIH (Department of Internal Heroics) to fight on the Hero side as Mrs. Atlas. Records pick up on Quincy James at the point where Mr. Harmon James fought a custody battle against Niklas and Veronica Braun. The courts ruled in favor of Mr. James, and Quincy. The Death Certificates for both mother and daughter, have not been altered. It is suspected that DIH had a hand in keeping both people "ghosts".

Tests reveal that subject has a high IQ, however lack of effort toward school work reflect a low Grade Point Average throughout High School. Though record exists that these records did at one time also exist, they have also disappeared. Again, DIH involvement is suspected. After graduation, subject appeared as Super Hero Quandary in early 2004. She began to participate in The Hero Games in October of 2009.

Subject was approached by Albert Halorin, leader of The Prelude To Justice. She accepted a role on the team in late 2009.

SUPERPOWERED ABILITIES

• Subject has control over electricity, the current manifesting from within her own body.
• Subject has the ability to fly and hover in place. Testing is still being done to discover exactly how, but currently she must be surrounded by an aura of electricity to accomplish this feat.
• Subject appears to regenerate health at an accelerated rate.

• Subject has basic physical combat training and acrobatic skills.

LIMITATIONS

Subject's main limitation is also her greatest strength. Her electrical abilities can be a danger to others, as well as causing public and private property damage.

Subject can be absent minded, and has on several occasions brought back burnt, melted, or useless matter when sent for retrieval.
