History
Leah's father, Nathaniel Allen, was a Wall Street Banker who made smart investments and stock decisions that led him to a small fortune in the 80's. Using this money, he became a superhero named Phantom. After the Battle for Detroit, he moved to Millennium City to help whenever he was needed. It was there that he met, Alice Johns, who he would go on to marry and have a daughter with, named Leah.
When Leah was a 9 years old she found out about her dad's secret and begged him constantly to let her be his sidekick. After years and years of training, she became his sidekick at 15, "Spectre". All of this would change within the next couple years, because when Leah was 19 her father was killed fighting a mobster that goes by "Recluse". Taking over his title, she set out to bring the man to justice while also protecting the city when she can.
Personality
When she was a child and her father’s sidekick, she was very happy and cheerful, often cracking jokes while out on patrol and making fun of villains. As Phantom, she is very serious and focused. She will tolerate other heroes happy-go-lucky personalities, but prefers to work in a serious manner. Leah is very hard-working and wants to protect as many people as she can.
Skills
Leah trained under her father, learning many different kinds of martial arts, marksmanship, and stealth.
Tools
Leah uses a wide array of gadgetry. The main things she always has in her utility belt are boomerangs and smoke bombs. She also has a glider cape that she uses to “fly”.
