The subject "Ny'Satra" is a humanoid extraterrestial, who has been stranded on Earth in June 2015 after the crash of her spacecraft in the wilderness near the border of the United States of America and Canada.
She claims to be a Bail Fugitive Recovery Agent and that she was pursueing a fugitive criminal, when both crashed on Earth after a collission with orbital debris.
The subject was found by PRIMUS agents close to what appears to be the crash site, but the spacecraft was already gone. Going by the subject's descriptions, it appears that ARGENT agents were quick to recover and remove the vessel. Its current whereabouts are unknown, but it seems unlikely that ARGENT was able to move it outside of North America yet.
After an initial quarantine, various communication problems - a device the subject calls an "universal translator" seemed to be damaged initially - and several minor misunderstandings, subject Ny'Satra has been rather forthcoming with information and generally cooperative with both PRIMUS and local authorties. Since her release from custody, she has been working with PRIMUS, police forces and UNTIL to reign in criminals, for what she considers "appropiate compensation" to cover her expenses.
The subject's stated goal is the recovery of her spacecraft from ARGENT and the capture of the criminal she was supposedly after, who is now hiding somewhere in North America. The possible involvement of criminal organizations cannot be ruled out at this time.

Physical Description
The subject stands at about 5'8", sports long, sand colored hair and tanned skin - Alltogether unremarkable as far as extraterrestials go, she resembles a human being closely upon passing examination. A more outstanding feature, however, are her eyes, whose irises feature a bright orange coloration.
Ny'Satra appears to be in a state of high physical fitness, which testifies her physical demanding occupation.
Further examination proves a highly similiar internal organ layout to humans. This, together with genetic testing, is covered in detail later.
Personality Profile
Initially, the subject was noted for her insolence and lack of respect towards authorities. This seems to have been caused by a strong sentiment of autonomy on her part and a misunderstanding of PRIMUS' intentions after her recovery from the crash site. Once miscommunications had been resolved, the subject was much more cooperative, but still refuses to answer directly to authorities. However, Ny'Satra has demonstrated a high level of reliability and willingness to work with (but not for) local authorities.
Outwardly, she seems to harbor a disdain for Earth and its inhabitants, for their "primitiveness", but in truth she feels a kind of solidarity with Earth and an amount of respect for humanity, as it was able to ward off more advanced adversaries more than once.
As it seems common among her people, the subject maintains a very hardy and self-reliant outlook, which might had been shaped further by developments in her life over the last years.
Known Powers and Abilites
The subject has no known Meta traits. For all intents and purposes, Ny'Satra seems to be a normal specimen of her species, which places her at about the physical parameters of a human being.
Nonetheless, minor bionic enhancements seem to have been performed on the subject. This concerns an improved healing factor and enhancements that deal with the prolonged exposure to both microgravity and high acceleration, whose are common during space travel.
Consequently, most of her skills stem from experience and training on her part and her gear, which consists of highly advanced pieces of technology.
Assets
Ny'Satra is in possession of several - by Earth standards - highly advanced devices. Most prominent are:
- - Particle weapons, a rifle and a sidearm respectively. Firing destinctive blue pulses, these weapons are capable to both stun and obliterate a target. When not active, both are capable of folding down to a more compact format.
- - Armored Environmental Protection Suit. The primary piece of her equipment, this suit protects against both environmental hazards and the effects of hostile weapons and powers. It also allows for a limited extravehicular activity and compensates a high degree of acceleration and decceleration. Further included are limited shielding, communication and scanning equipment.
- - Collapsible Hover-Disk.The subject lacks any meta ability to fly and neither does her suit come with this capability. In order to improve mobility, she has a device at her disposal that folds down into a very compact size when not in use. When activated, the device unfolds into a disc shape, large enough to carry a humanoid. Through the use of counter-gravity repulsors and controlled by the subject's suit, it is able to propel its user at high speed.
- - Fast Courier Spacecraft (FTL capable). An advanced spacecraft, which the subject called "Va'Saediaeh", which seems to vaguely mean "Crimson Dragon" in her people's native language. Seemingly incepted as a courier vessel, capable of relatively high FTL speeds. Not being a true combat vessel, Ny'Satra however claims that it was since upgraded, giving it limited capabilities as a gunship. It is capable of holding a small number of people and a small amount of cargo. Currently presummed to be in the possession of ARGENT. Investigation pending.

Origin
Species
According to subject Ny'Satra, her species calls itself "Nh'Therae'Neah", which roughly translates to "People of Nh'Therae". Nh'Therae seems to be their name for their homeworld, which in turn seems to mean "Arid Sky" (see section: Homeworld).
The subject's species seems to consist of about a mere 100 million individuals, of whose most live on their homeworld while some (estimates range between some thousands and several tens of thousands) have established a interstellar presence for their species.
Due to their relative small number among the interstellar community, the Nh'Therae'Neah are apparently a rather rare sight. But those who know of them, know them as capable merchants, competent mercenaries and all-around able space travellers and engineers.
Further it seems, that due to Earth and humanity become more known in the Galaxy over the recent decades, they are occasionally confused for humans. What is a source of some iritation, according to the subject.
Biology
Ny'Satra's species, as mentioned before, bears a remarkable similarity to humans, differing in only a few aspects.
Generally, they seem to be slightly shorter in stature on average and their eyes' irises exhibit a slightly greater range of colors, whereas brown, orange and cyan seem to be the most common.
Non-invasive examination of the subject (through the use of ultrasonography and magnetic resonance imaging), show a high degree of resemblence of internal structure, with only few differences.
What baffled PRIMUS medical personel the most, however, was the examination of the genetic information of the subject.
A very high amount of the genome was infact identical to humans, way to much for it to be mere coincidence. Consequently, their biochemistry is almost entirely the same as that of humans.
The reason for this is as of now unclear. However, according to subject Ny'Satra, their ancient mythology states that eons ago, entities of great power, brought her people to what was to become their homeworld in enormous ships that travelled the sky.
More research is deemed necessary.

Nh'Therae is an arid desert world, orbiting a K-type main-sequence star (red dwarf) on the inner edge of its habitable zone. Apart from its relative lack of water and arid climate conditions, Nh'Therae is similar in composition to Earth. It's located roughly 350 - 400 lightyears from Earth, but the subject refused to provide exact coordinates.
Days and years are somewhat longer there and violent sand storms ravage its surface often. While surface vegetation is existent, its somewhat rare and tends to be very hardy. The same goes for the fauna.
Few animals survive the harsh conditions and those who do, are experts at survival. A notable native species seems to be what the Nh'Therae'Neah call a "Saediaeh", which translates roughly to "prowling dragon", a large and very dangerous predator, that resembles Earth reptiles.
Only few large permanent settlements exist on this planet, as many of its inhabitants live a rather nomadic life-style, avoiding the harshest weather conditions as they move their semi-mobile settlements with the seasons.

Ny'Satra: "He styles himself a gentleman businessman. But you know what? He's but a fraud, an extortionist, a smuggler and a thief."
Interviewer: "The way this sounds, it almost seems to be something personal."
Ny'Satra: "Perhaps. But for now, it's just business."
